My order arrived 4 months late and that's not the problem. All the items received look nothing like what they had on their website, and all the "L" size is big enough to fit a child only!

Well the two jackets I ordered on Feb 2, 2020 just arrived today (June 12,2020) not sure whether I should laugh or cry. Not only did the jackets that I paid $80 for look NOTHING like what I had ordered, Someone had sewed the jackets out of PLASTIC. Yes I am now the proud owner of two plastic jackets. I reported them to Paypal in hopes I'll get a refund since there is no way to contact this company.

This company is actually lucky you have to click at least one star to write a review, I would have gave them a big day zero cause that's what these scammers deserve, ordered dress $54 and still no dress, no response, and no refund will never do business or recommend them ever again

Well I ordered 1 jacket in Feb 2020 and got billed for 2. I guess now that it's coming from China IF I do receive anything ( it's now April 2nd) I'll have to disinfect it.

I couldn't find the -ve 100 star to mark this fake website all the way down. I ordered full dress and received a shirt I never ordered. What's wrong with this guys!
I even had to pay extra to collect the package. I wish if ai had opened the package at the DHL site before paying for the shipment. No more online purchases for me. Made in Canada would do just fine.

This is the worse clothing site..they steal your money and send the wrong items..this site should be shut down

Received a package from China today. Was not my order I placed back in November. I received a burgundy fake leather jacket that doesn't fit. I ordered a gray sweatshirt. I guess the figure they should send something. Will go to a store from now on. We need to get back to made in America.

I ordered and paid for a loose fit jumper. Eventually a parcel arrived, but it contained a cheap fabric dress, which was too big and certainly not to my taste.
The parcel contained a return slip stating email customer service for a return label.
I have emailed them 3 times, the last of which was a complaint - no reply or acknowledgement.
I entered my order no on their tracker - it stated no trace!!
I will never shop with this 'company' again.

there is a return notice that came with it , but says to send a email with order number and they send you a return slip .. not gotten one emal back it's been over 2 weeks now

I would never recommend this vendor. I ordered a really cute blouse in October. After 8 weeks I emailed the vendor for status of shipment and heard nothing back. I filed complaint with PayPal and they finally shipped a product. Notice I said “a product”. The wrong item arrived and not only was it ugly but was made to fit a 10 year old. I’m out $20 and change. It not worth the hassle of sending back and fighting for a refund but these people are getting rich but fraudong people. The stuff comes straight out of China. The Luciesecret name is a front. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They’re NO GOOD!

ZERO STARS!! BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! NOTHING THERE IS WORTH THIS SORT OF HASSLE!! I placed an order with this company on October 15, 2019 for 2 Dresses and 4 Shirts for an upcoming cruise. The site says that orders are shipped within 3-7 days if items are in stock. When I placed my order the invoice said that all items were in stock. I received a message stating 2 items shipped on November 16, 2019, which is a month after ordering. It took almost another month to receive the package. I sent 2 messages to the company for them to cancel my other 4 items and provide a refund. There has been absolutely NO RESPONSE what so ever. I tried logging into my account on the website on January 15, 2020 and it now conveniently states "no user name or password". You cannot even retrieve the password or account as it states there is nothing on file. I also tried using the link provided in my order email and it also could not be found. So I have now contacted my CC company to reverse the charges due to the company not responding nor refunding my money.

I placed an order of 2 coats $120 since 4th November still didn't receive it, . I emailed them numerous times and no response, what kind of service or website is this, who might I ask for refund, highly disappointed

Placed order in August. Received order in November. It was a dress that looked nothing like picture. It was so long you could of made 2 dresses out of it. Very bad quality. Tried numerous time to return item. Per the return guidelines you must contact them by email to get return instructions. They never responded. This site is a scam.

My sister order a coat for me for Christmas size was woman 2xl and was delivered to house by DHL she used her charge card from this web site it to small so try return thec3 emails no response now you try to get on the website it says it's out out of new contact by email no response websites down bringing my money back what should I do to Cool website it's a phony website

I placed an order for a 2x coat on december 2 which was for my daughter. Just received the order 3 days ago and they sent me a MEDIUM. No way did I order a medium! Not sure if i will return to sender as im afraid i wont get my money back!! Theres no way to contact them other than email and they have not responded to my emails. Now it says the website no longer exists!! What kind of scam is this?!!

Thank each of you for your reviews for stopping me from making a big mistake from ordering from this place. It's just a Hot mess these ppl are taking ppl money and not sending out the merchandise. I have notified the BBB I hope they can get to the bottom of this SCAM.

Just received my order that I had placed back in September. Had sent numerous emails and their response was to give it time. And on top of that, received blouse that’s not what I ordered and was literally so thin thin thin. So my $30.00 is gone. Truthfully I would not even give them the one star.
