Very very bad company

Very very bad company. I ordered late 2020 and monies were deducted from my account. The goods never arrived!! I have tried and tried to contact the company but they're unavailable on chat and the telephone... still waiting for a reply from my email...so we will see..

They send out items that you did not purchased. Then when you try to call the phone is off and no response from emails😡

This brand has gone to garbage

This brand has gone to garbage.

The tshirts are tissue thin and fall apart after a few washes, and I bought a pair of Cargo pants that fell apart immediately. None of the snap buttons worked: they popped right out of the pants immediately after the 1st use! For $20 to $50 clothing articles, this is trash.

H&M for $10 makes far better quality clothing. Far better.

Lucky Brand is over priced trash.

Always loved Lucky Brand…its trash now

Always loved Lucky Brand clothing...first the stopped making 3x sizes..love the quality.and designer's...what ever happened the last year ...just made them a big losing company.....why waste the effort just close the stores and take your losses...just like ever other clothing line saleout to quality products really bummed

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing this review in hopes it will deter anyone from ordering from this website. I placed an order for 6 items and received 12, 6 of which were someone else's order. All were charged to my credit card. The only item I wanted to keep was a button up shirt and it was rolled up in a ball, stuffed in a bag and appeared to have been worn. I have called 6 times, wrote 1 letter and sent 2 emails trying to resolve sending everything back and getting my money back. I never received the promised return labels and am out an additional $20 I spent to send this mess back. To date I have not been reimbursed for any of it. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Lucky doesn’t care

Lucky doesn’t care about the quality of their products. I’m angry that I spent years buying their products. The shoes I bought from them were supposedly leather but chipped like cheap faux leather. I called to see if I could get a replacement and they would absolutely not help me. Don’t shop here. Not good quality, terrible customer service.

SCAM!!!

This company is the worst at customer service. They charged me money, sent an order confirmation. Never sent the items that I purchased. I tried to contact customer support or some one online multiple times. Finally, I was able to reach some one. They told me they lost the order and would not send it to me but also WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! The person then asked if "there was anything else she could help me with". I said "please remove me from your email list because I don't want to get your BS Scam promotions" and she said she was also unable to do that. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

VERY VERY BAD quality

Quality significantly went down for the past 2 years, after few wash in gentle cycle and not using dryer 6 out of 7 items I bought look like I woke then for a few years.
The item I bought 3 years ago I still wear, wash every time, dry and it still looks good. In general I would not recommend to buy it at all, with the same success you can buy cloth in Ross and way cheaper.

Do not order international from this company!
They dont send the orders, they have a terriblle customer service and they refuse to give refund.
They basicly stole money from me.
Lucky Brand you are a big dissapointment, I'm never buying anything from you again. You suck!

Terrible online experience with this…

Terrible online experience with this store. I will never order from here again. I was so excited for my order and paid $15 for expedited, 2 day shipping so that I could wear my new clothes at the beach. 4 days later and my tracking number doesn’t even have a delivery date listed. I called UPS who said the seller created a label but UPS had yet to receive the package. I called Lucky Brand and they blamed it on UPS. I asked for a refund but now I have to wait until the package arrives and then I’m responsible for making an exchange on my own.

Bait and switch on-line purchase!!!

Bought a pair on-sale on-line. They sent me the wrong jean. Wrong size, different pants. After spending 45 on the phone finally determined that there was no exchange possible since they didn't have the right size. Only get credit. Closest price they could come was about $30 more. Big time bait and switch.

Cheaply made

Usually, my jeans take years to wear out.
I splurged and bought a pair of lucky jeans last year. The seams are coming apart. The thin material has two holes in side seam and one hole in the knee. Not worth the money at all. Just because something is expensive, doesn’t mean it’s better. I’ll stick with my Lees and Levi’s from now on.

These jeans are bad news. The Zipper feel apart after two months. The. Was given a run around about their warranty. This product is not a good product people. Stay away from them. The customer service is bad and the product is horrible. Zero stars.

I had two online orders cancelled in 2…

I had two online orders cancelled in 2 weeks after both orders get confirmed and paid. Shame on you! Don’t blame the covid for that,,,it’s your responsibility to not have the online orders to be paid if you don’t have it available in your stock. Terrible experience!
