My name is Kathryn Gobeli. Over 4 years ago I won a grand prize and have paid out over 25,000$ for fees and taxes to this company through Joshua Cooper and I still have not received it. I want this prize delivered or every penny of my fees returned to me immediately.

Banned for getting promotions

I am a senior who like to play some slots , i enjoyed Lucky dreams casino the plattform was easy to navigate and slots were fun, who would not take a promo if given to them, then suddenly told me i am banned to play with promos,I was shocked , they send me promos! they advertise promotions on their sites? Who would not take a promo if they give to them? I never been treated like that, do they complain if I loose my money? I deposit money all the time when I play on a casino and most of the time I loose it ,I am very disappointed on this casino that ranks quite high
on good reviews , not for me anymore! there are lots of more sites out there that deserves more stars for the loyalty and fairness they give to their their costumers.

Notice that no matter what we complain…

Notice that no matter what we complain about the ai sent the exact same message that they are sorry for that mistake and to check out Instagram but alot of us are stuck at 9.00 and change with no results for a real cash out as well as the gift card are always sold out and it is not ok for true players today got 5 dollars collect for trophies being in 1st place and I do have 9.00$ it would have actually let me cash out for the 1st time ever since I started six years ago but it crashed as I pushed collect and still not able to make the cash out because it didn't go to my earnings very much believe that it really is a fake scam game 😤

This company is the biggest scam

This company is the biggest scam. You will never get paid I have been waiting a month for a lousy $34. No body answers customer service. They do not
Respond to emails. The game will let you win then they put the hurt on you like you would not even imagine . Stay far away from any of their games. It is so disgusting what they are doing to people.

STOPPED PAY ME WHEN 2024 CAME NO PAYMENTS AT ALL

very annoyed with lucky day it used to be great but not anymore but i do play every day just in case. in 2021 and in 2022 i got paid, first was 10 dollars second was for 259 dollars. then i won again january 7th 2024 and still not paid. then got a shock when i won in september 2024 and waiting for that too. the yellow sending bar does not increase at all. i email a few times every month to ask whats going on with a auto email of we respond in order of emails no need send another, making it sound manual. the facebook page is old and full of people complaining. the instagram page is old news. the recent winners who post pics of themselves with money is several years old . this app was one of the first apps to show me that playstore does pay. but now its become a useless app, even lucky night i enjoyed suddenly vanished. the other apps bingo stars seem to be for usa only and from what i see if you win money in that you cant withdraw it unless you deposit real money first. in the early years i used to be able to get amazon cards in 2020 then after that it became the idea if you got a amazon card and waited after many days the money would get refunded back to lucky day account because something had messed up their end and they could not send it. UPDATE I GOT PAID ONLY WHEN I EMAILED THE OWNER OF LUCKY DAY Joshua Javaheri. PAID ON 23RD OF SEPTEMBER BY EMAILING HIM COMPLAINING THAT I HAD NOT BEEN PAID AND SHOWING HIM SCREENSHOTS IN EMAIL. HE DID NOT REPLY TO EMAIL BUT FIXED THE MONEY IN THE APP NOT SENDING. CHECK MY YOUTUBE FOR PROOF THE GARNER COLLECTIVE SEARCH MY LUCKY DAY VIDEO SHOWING THE PAYPALS AS THUMBNAILS FOR LUCKY DAY.

This app is a scam

I won a $50 raffle in November 2023 but they refuse to send me the money. I have screen shots showing I won and have the email where they say they will send me the money within in 7 business days. I have contacted their customer support several times but only get automated responses saying they have received my message.

Duplicate charges on credit card

This company places duplicate charges on my credit card. I made a recent purchase of $15, and the charge showed up 4 times on the same date. Their Contact Us form on their website failed to submit my request to remove the charges. Their phone number does not work. Obvious signs that the company is not legit.

For the people bragging about receiving…

For the people bragging about receiving an Amazon gift card, don’t feel special. They clearly have a contract with Amazon! It is no coincidence that EVERYONE is stuck on 9.50 when they’re trying to cash out. People are so naive 😂

LUCKY DAY APP IS A SCAM 💯 PERCENT!!

I have had Lucky Day for about 6 months this time around, although I had it for about a year previously. What I can say is just go read the Google Reviews and that will tell you all you need to know about this app. I thought it was a Lottery app scam before and my experience this time around, proved this to me. I tried this game again because I thought after all the reviews by consumers calling them a scam and other different things they pulled on consumers who played this app, I thought they would change and become legit. I was 💯 percent wrong! Lucky day has a "minimum amount required" to withdraw any winnings you may have. Their minimum amount required was 10.00..I was stuck on 9.25 for months until I finally complained to Google Corporate about this game. So about 2 weeks after this, I noticed my amount for the money I had was now 10.25. This was great right? Finally, I had hit over the 10.00 threshold to actually be able to withdraw my money to my PayPal Account. Well, like many people who have been stuck under 10.00, some people for years, and many people who have not received their money or gift cards, I am now in that club. I now have not received my 10.25 winnings and it's been over 2 weeks. I have contacted the Lucky Day app.and the hierarchy heads of the game, with no response. So I then complained to Google with a complaint, and also to the big dogs, The CFPB, about not only my money not being sent to me but how this app is a scam and should be taken down. If anyone reads this, I'm boycotting this app and please DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It is a 100 PERCENT SCAM! If you don't believe what I say, please go and read the reviews on Google and a majority of them have experienced the same scamming issue the Lucky Day App has pulled on consumers!

I cashed out $21.10 to my PayPal…

I cashed out $21.10 to my PayPal account and lucky day notified me it will take up to 7 business days. it has been 25 days and still nothing.
upon research I found they do this to all winners.
this is a scam app run by a rich Iranian guy to get users private information under the pretense of allowing you to win money. the app is useless.
you cannot trade in the millions of coins you accumulate, because there is never a Gift card available. and when you win actual "cash" they wont payout to your PayPal. again, the entire app is useless and a ploy to get information. this should be removed from google play immediately. it is a fradulent operation.
