Agree with all the criticisms listed below... The item of clothing I foolishly ordered did not look anything like the online image which clearly showed a linen product whilst the item I received was 100% nylon... (no label inside indicating what it was made of, of course). Complete rubbish. I did however order some earrings at the same time as the dress which were acceptable. I have contacted Lucky Joys twice already requesting a returns address and had no response. A scam...

Total scam. Ordered two tops. Did not receive a receipt or any kind of confirmation email. No response to my emails. Also received by CC copies of emails from Luckjoys to other customers and their responses. From what I can see, no-one is getting their goods. What really gets me is that I bought in response to an ad in Microsoft Outlook. Seems Microsoft aren't too fussy about who advertises on their pages. Last time I put any trust in their integrity.

Sweatshirt my foot. Cheap, badly made, Returning is more trouble than its worth. Don't buy anthing from here. The pictures do not show the product.

In good faith I ordered what looked like a cute top to send to NYC for my daughter's birthday. I ordered it on 7th March. Supposedly it was delivered on 22 March (two days after her birthday). She still hasn't received it.
The tracking site and the company's website are full of lies.
I reckon I have been SCAMMED.
I will be instructing my credit card company to block payment.
Please avoid this company!

I have put one * but really deserves minus one!
I received my top after waiting 2 weeks. It came 6 days ago and I was asked to send a photo and told I would receive the return instructions within 2 days - absolute rubbish! Still do not know where to return it to for a refund. I agree with other reviewers that the quality of the goods is not as shown in marketing photos. I would advise everyone to STEER CLEAR.

Please avoid this company. They produce shoddy goods and as a previous post mentioned they are part of several different companies under different labels. I have received the most awful item which looks nothing like the photo and have now been asked to supply a picture which I have refused to do. The leaflet enclosed with the item said a return address would be supplied in 48hrs. This is nonsense as they try delaying tactics.

"I'm only talking to my dog today" sweat-shirt.....what sweat-shirt???!!! The material is thinner than a really cheap T-shirt! My pants & handkerchiefs are of better quality!!! Such as shame as it was meant as a surprise gift to a dog loving friend......so disappointed. Now just waiting for the charity shops to open up again and will probably donate it to the "Cats Protection League"!!!! Too much hassle to try & return it. Can only advise.......NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy from this company! We live & learn!!!!

ordered clothes from luckyjoys and after reading negative reviews i thought i had no chance of receiving them and wd lose my money. i received my goods within just over a week lovely quality nd am very pleased with them and will be ordering again

The item is never as good as the advertising photo. They are not averse to sending an alternative size and in a different colour than ordered. Returns process is near impossible. You have to pay to return the goods to China which costs more than the goods ordered. Really not worth the hassle. AVOID

Totally agree with Matt's review. Also see reviews for Damensein, Alicemelle, Kisshey, Florydays and most recently Evaemily. Same website design, same clothes and accessories. All cover names for Hong Kong scam company Leadchic. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. And don't make it easy for them if you have. Claim your money back from your bank or PayPal. They are defrauding you.
