Deceiving site! Scam.

This site us very deceiving. I played with the free sign up promo. I completed playthrough according to what it showed on my end. Not a rookie, know how to read the playthrough info. everything said wagering complete. I sent in my info to cash out. That was approved. Made the required $10 crypto deposit as required and it wouldn't allow me to cash out. Contacted customer service and they said playthrough was not complete, even though it showed it was on my end. Requested that they just drop the coupon and let me play with my $10 deposit (not requiring a playthrough) was denied. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY IN THIS SITE! it's a scam. It was only $10, but imagine how many people they are collecting $10 or more from.

Worst place ever

Worst place ever, i got an email to register and get a 50$ bonus. Did the wagering, they took a lot. Ok, still played. Got 500$ after, went for a whdraw. I only got my 10$ back that i spend to verify my bitc address, as they said i cant withdraw anything from bonus money from my country. Than why do they even offer bonuses. Not fair, i hope somebody shuts this place down. Waste of time.

I am so Distraught this will never happen again for me !

I wish I had read these before I accepted the no deposit bonus from this casino. That went ok and I did not win anything so then I deposited money and played and won nothing to brag about then I got a promo for free spins for a deposit of 15$ so I played that and I won nothing again but was thoroughly enjoying the casino. I got a 10$ weekly cashback and I played through my requirements and then I won 10000$ yes I said $10,000.00 I then read the terms and conditions but there were no conditions because I had already played out my wagering requirements and was playing on my winnings. So, I put in for a $2500 withdrawal. Then, I waited over seven days and went in to my transactions to see if anything had happened and I had a 30$ chargeback on my account. I thought that it was a charge for the withdrawal of 2500$ I requested. You can only maximum withdraw at a time 2500$. So a couple more days go by and last night I go on chat and speek with a really nice lady and asked what was a chargeback because I had no idea. She looked into it and said that I had a charge come back and that I was not to worry about it because they already took the thirty but I still owed 75$ and 105$ for fees for the chargeback and if I agreed, they would just take the rest owing from my withdrawal once it is approved. Those were pretty much her exact words
I was so grateful because I stupidly spent my bill money and food money on spoiling myself counting on my winnings . Never ever have I been so excited. Well now I am literally starving and have no toiletries or anything and telephone is cut off already, next is my internet and power. My own fault for believing in a casino I guess.
Anyway after that conversation I went into look at my bank account because I had some shady transactions and thought maybe one of them was lucky legends, and by accident may have got included in those if I did not recognize the payment company. I already felt terrible and feared I would now loose the winnings because I would not have been entitiled to the 10$ cashback. Sure enough this was one of them and what happened with that one is that my bank pointed it out to me and my job now was to contact these companies that had taken money off my card without my knowledge and find out what they would do to fix it. I did not get a response except from Online Pay and of course I deleted the email like an idiot. But I had no idea that it was for any casino and the figure did not look familiar because I also did not realize that they took my thirty $ in american funds so it was a totally different number. Anyway the response I got from Online Pay without a word of a lie was that they did not put that transaction through and to get back in touch with my bank because the charge was fraudulent. I did this and do know that I sent a copy of that email to my bank. So my bank reversed the charge and made me dispute it and then two days later put the charge back on my account . I did not question it because I figured out by then that it was probably for one of the new casinos I had joined. I have two methods of proof of these transactions too. One being the online lineup of the transactions I see on my account which I copied for Lucky Legends and then my original monthly statement which I also sent to Lucky legends The statement shows only one transaction of the withdrawal of funds from my account to Online pay. The list I see online however shows three transactions, one is the original withdrawal that went to Online Pay and then there was a reversal of that, followed by two days later that charge being put through again.
So I did not have anything owing in reality and I talked to two very nice staff members last night who thanked me for bringing this to their attention and the lady told me she had passed the information onto the proper area and to wait a little while and check back.
So this morning I go to do just that and I have a nice little message that comes up when I try to sign in that says oops something bad happened try again later and it has said that all day now so I am assuming it is because they do not want to pay me and are punishing me for doing nothing wrong. Now I have peanut butter I am eating with a spoon because I have no bread. I have no food for my dog and my bills are all unpaid. Great for my credit for sure .
How can they do this to someone. I am so distraught and really do not deserve this the one time I actually win big I get shafted.
Just to Clarify that when they closed my account I was at 6500$ USD owing to me.
I am disappointed in inclave too which is an identity verifying company because they do business with this casino and I trusted them so in turn trusted the casino that used my identity with them to sign me in and open my account.

Wish I could rate it a zero star

Wish I could rate it a zero star. I totally agree with the others on here who have stated lucky Legends won't pay you and they are scammers but it is always so funny how they instantly take your money but then it's so hard to get your money when you win. I won $100 and processed a withdrawal using coin drop. My account was fully verified with my identity as well. I waited almost 10 business days before they denied my Bitcoin withdrawal they never send any email or give you any explanation as to why they denied it. I contacted customer service who told me I needed to send my Bitcoin address to the payments department to have it verified before being able to withdraw using Bitcoin. I did that sent it to them by email and then went to withdraw again and magically the Bitcoin withdrawal option was gone I wasn't able to use it. So I contacted customer service and they told me that I wasn't able to withdraw using Bitcoin because I've never made it a deposit using Bitcoin which seemed interesting to me because I was allowed to do it in the beginning but whatever then I tried to process a withdrawal doing a wire transfer to my bank. I gave them all details made sure I wasn't missing a thing and set it up real nicely and clearly in my email. They responded back to me by email saying that I was missing my beneficiary even though I said in the email my bank account has no beneficiary I never put one on my bank account when I opened it. Then they ask for two to three months worth of bank statements so then I sent them to them and then they said that I was unable or unable to do a wire transfer because my account negative balance in my bank even though I don't have a negative balance I have a positive balance of 28 cents in my bank account. By now all this back and forth and unclear BS and delaying tactics seemed real similar to some other experiences I've had at other casinos but I was still determined to try to get my money. So I right back in the email to that same payments representative name Antonio and he tells me that if I verify my Bitcoin address I will be able to withdraw using Bitcoin which is very interesting because I was told in the beginning I wasn't allowed to do that because I didn't deposit using Bitcoin but whatever I verified my address with him he said I am now okay to withdraw using Bitcoin. I go to the withdrawal section of the lucky Legends casino and try to withdraw using Bitcoin and it says that I must first make a $30 deposit minimum using my credit card or debit card, which once again sounds ridiculous because I thought in the very beginning they told me I'm only able to withdraw using Bitcoin if I deposited using Bitcoin so how now will need depositing via credit or debit card make me eligible to withdraw using Bitcoin?!? As much as I want my $100 that I won fair and square I'm very leery and not exactly willing to deposit $30 using my credit or debit card because I can very well see them giving me the next excuse of oh we told you you can't withdraw using Bitcoin unless you've deposited using Bitcoin. They've always got some excuse and always got something to say as far as why you can't receive your payout and then when you fix that issue there's always something else clearly they are BS. So many of these casinos out there I just like that they all make it so easy and so fast to take your money with so many deposit options to take your money but when it comes to withdraw even the smallest amount they delay you and try to confuse you and deny you and make it impossible to get your money! Such a shame because gambling is already a scam to begin with it's so hard to win. And people lose so much money so it's so sad that when you finally and actually win something now you still can't even get paid even though you are already lost so much money just trying to win that little bit! Apparently they are linked to slots of Vegas casino as well. Hope this helps anyone who's considering depositing money into this casino and prevents them from losing their money before they do!

Just another sleezy casino that will never pay you. Along with limitless and coolcat. I have made money on all three of these casinos with there promo codes and they all either make up an excuse not to payout or ignore you all together

Do not trust this site!!!

The other day I used a no deposit bonus and ran it up to over a thousand dollars. Before I had a chance to realize my playthrough had been met they went ahead and took those funds out of my account. Now the email I received from them said the winnings above my max cash out would not be removed until I requested a withdrawal. I spoke to customer service and they told me it's in the terms and conditions, however my email stated refer to the terms and conditions except when specifically stated otherwise which it does. Same thing goes for the email they sent me two days later stating I have more free spins as a courtesy with no deposit required. This seems pretty specific to me but they informed me according to the terms and conditions I must make a deposit before using this bonus. This site is so confusing and they go against what they say in their emails they send. Customer service just argues with me and can't tell me why they would say something in an email then do something totally different. Please do not trust this site as I am most certainly glad I never deposited or they may have screwed that up as well. This is a shady site and I recommend you stay far far away.

STRIPPED MY VIP STATUS BECAUSE THEY SAID I PLAY GOOD ENOUGH AND DONT NEED IT ANYMORE!!!(only made one withdrawal from them ever) The VIP Host tried to convince me that…

The VIP Host tried to convince me that since I played the games well that they took away my status and that I no longer needed bonuses or any of the benefits I earned over the past seven years. This casino is part of the same group that has Planet7, Raging Bull, Slots of Vegas, Crypto Loko, Ruby Slots, Silver Oak etc.. I was VIP Level 5, I’ve lost well over $100,000 at those casinos and I earned my status through play. At Lucky Legends I’ve made around 25 deposits in the last four days or so, but today I go to my account and they stripped me of all my status and also none of the bonus codes work any longer for me. Furious, I went on chat five times before finally talk to the “VIP Host” and she tried to tell me that you’ve been playing really well and tou don’t need the help anymore!!!! Are you fricking kidding me!? This is not the first time this company has done this, I was making some withdrawals using Coindraw and then they took it off my account because it was in a “testing phase.” A bold faced lie in a series of lies which is this company’s specialty. They lie to you about withdrawal times, in fact at Crypto Loko they advertise the “fastest withdrawals in the industry””get your cash in minutes.” Skeptical I asked the support agent and he said no we don’t pay instantly and it could take up to 3 business days to get approved and then it would be paid within 24 hours after that. INTENTIONALLY THEY MISLEAD YOU ALL TO MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNING BUT THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY INSTANTLY EVERY TIME! Without Coindraw your withdrawals will take a MONTH MINIMUM, that’s right, a MONTH!!! These guys are so unethical, would you use a bank if you know that the tellers steal money? Why would you play At a casino that does the same thing? If you do, now you know what to expect, if you have a single brain cell you’ll never play here or at any of their casinos and let your friends know as well. I have the full transcript of the chat conversation in which Danna Smith the VIP host states what I said verbatim and I’m happy to share it.
