Slow your play
My problem with this casino is they don't reward regular players, you'll find that your biggest wins come in the first couple of months of play. After that, you'll be lucky to meet your bonus match requirements. I've found to win a little every month is not to play much because that's what they want. Try making the minimum deposit with a match and if you don't win then take a week off and try again. They want you to play 24 hours a day so by not playing they need to hook you with wins. Also, take about 30 seconds in-between slot spins (don't bother with their video-poker, it's junk), the program wants you to keep spinning and depositing; give it a reason to suck you back in. Bottom line, I've had my best luck here dragging out my deposits and play, they do not reward deposits or playtime here.

If you like losing over and over and over. If you don’t mind losing over 40k and never hit anything big, this is the casino for you. The games would be fun if they paid, but they don’t. Stay far away, stick with Stake or Bovada.

I’ve been playing here for a longtime and since I’ve began things seemed pretty consistent however lately it’s taken a downhill turn monthly bonuses are non existent, asking to speak to a host is now difficult you have to tell the CSR why you need to speak with them. I do love this casino but payouts should be same day not 24-48 and they should work on the weekend to send deposits especially when bitcoin is your withdrawal method.
For the most part I’m happy with them and will still play here and all the sister casinos

Customer Service is wonderful. Sign on bonus very generous although the amt you have to play through is over the top. Still though I was able to play a long time. My complaint is the slots themselves. I’ve never seen 1 of them in any casino or online. They look like kids games. It felt very unfamiliar. Not sure I’ll play again for that reason. Most people have favorite slots- to not see one is a disappointment. I’m sorry but they’re cheesy and childish.
