I signed up recently and was very pleased with the wide range of games available. I am not pleased with their slots as the winning rate is quite appalling but I am happy with the design and ease of withdrawal which took less than 12 hours!.

0 stars if poss. I'll join the droves of people sharing their abysmal experience of the worst online casino out there. I placed a mixed bet of 50p chips on a roulette spin, the bet was accepted totalling £27, I had £3 on 20/23 split and the number came up 20; instead of receiving my £54 win, I received nothing. I immediately raised the issue with the croupier and was told that his manager was looking in to it. After hours of waiting, I emailed a complaint. I received an email promising that someone was looking in to my issue. It's now been over 2 weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing. THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST ONLINE CASINO. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

They let my 18yr old daughter deposit using my card during covid 19 then found out she was playing to much and closed her account i am a key worker did nit grant permission for her to use the card im in poverty due to being furlough just got back to work as key worker no money i demanded refund because was not me who purchased this its disgustion

Another review, my husband played this site and a few weeks later they are asking for bank statements, payslips etc because apparently they want to see how you fund your gaming,please be careful of handing over such sensitive information seems like a scam to me

This company limited my depoists without notice l was on a lucky winning streak then they limited my depoist their are about six sites in the same group, they dont like you winning , their trick is to let you depoist £100 play it then when you wont to dept again they stop you, so you have no chance in getting your money back. Utter trash, you can tell the difference playing the slots on this site in comparison to the same slot on a different site, ridiculously low payouts, can go 100+ spins without winning anthing above your stake. Avoid this awful website at all costs, you'll come out heavily negative every session. Complete scam of a website.

Although I didn't enjoy my experience with this site I got to give dues where it is due. After being £1700 down here on my first night I hit a hot streak and ended withdrawing £8000 and to my surprise had no problems with funds being paid to me. Thanks.

I had some concerns I wanted to check out before i decided to play on lucky VIP. The live chat was amazing both times but Thomas was out standing. He delt with my concerns not only in a professional manner but made me also feel like a customer and spoke with respect understanding what I was speaking about. I'm new to the site and so far love the lay out great selection off games and brilliant play safe options that are easy to find unlike other sites where you can not find it anywhere.

Got lots of games and generally great customer service, my issue with this casino is the withdrawal times it takes 36 hours for your funds to even get processed which means they are still sitting there to be reversed.

I signed up to the 150% bonus but was disappointed to find out once my cash balance was used that the Bonus can only be used on a few slots and not the ones I liked or that are good to play.So I started playing these slots and immediately got a bonus round and won but it only topped up my bonus to the given amount and I lost anything extra.
I am a member of numerous on-line casinos and have never come across such a complicated bonus that seems impossible to enjoy with such restriction's and such complicated rules.

So I’ve been using this casino for a while, I find sometimes it’s laggy, but despite that it’s got a good range of game from all different providers, and good payout/deposit system that doesn’t mess you around. Anyways, tonight fri 13th March at 00.15am, I wanted to see if I could be cheeky and ask for a loyalty goodwill bonus on live chat, I couldn’t believe the live chat was still open for a start as most other casinos shut theirs before 11pm or 1am, so that was amazing. Then the customer service provider called Nick answered, he was super efficient, polite, responded to good banter, and made sure at all times I felt I was being treated as a friend, not just a customer.
