Terrible support, slow withdrawal times
Take your money just fine, but when its time to withdraw thats where the real fun begins. In order to get my account verified, i had to chat to several agents. Every time i gave proof that my funds were mine and the account belonged to me they pushed the threshhold of evidence, to the point where my own bank statement wasnt enough to prove i owned the account. I actually had to screenshot in the bank statement i had submitted two days prior because their verification team couldnt be asked to find the transaction themselves. After two days of struggling, i finally got my account verified only to be told it was going to take 65 hours to process my withdrawal.. which i find odd because they had cancelled my withdrawal within 12 hours the day before. This isnt even close to the standard ive come to expect from online casinos! Normally id expect funds within a 24 hour span at the most
