Bought the holster belt that was shown on their web ad. Received a holster belt that you you would buy for you child to play cowboy. This is complete fake advertising. Anyone know how to end this company ?

Your company is really a big scam and a waste of sales! My friend bought us a jacket that was supposed to be 5xl and is probably a size L or S. When she wrote to you, you offered her 50% in return, which my girlfriend refused and asked for 60% of that, you wrote her back and sent the jacket back, which is not even possible, or we would have to pay for the post, we live in the UK! This behavior of yours is absolutely rubbish, I regret that I showed your fraudulent side to my girlfriend. I hope a lot of customers will see this and not order anything through your website!!

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star! I do not recommend this garbage!! The Lucuss company is a big scam! I ordered a 5 xl goatskin jacket for my husband and they sent me size XL, I asked for a refund (3 times)! no help from their company and if it's already impossible I live in the UK! It's rubbish and at the same time unprofessional, rob people on the internet! This is rubbish !slowly £200 in their pocket !!! This size that we sent is not even for my 15 year old son!!! this is a scam bait and switch entity.
no phone number or address on their website, further after 4 attempts contacting their so called customer service did they send me a bogus tracking number. Only after escalation to Paypal did they ship a package which looks like thin plastic, not large enough to holster a Colt 45, and more attuned to a child’s toy and absolutely nothing like that pictured on their website.
Stay away from this company

On the website you can buy a real fox fur coat, but receive a fake, plastic coat. Lucuss is not trustable.

Support does not answer anymore. As soon as the sale is done, they don’t care anymore. Their feedback is just words.

Avoid this company it's garbage !! Wrong size, the material is not 100% leather, it is a substitute!!!

It has now been another month and this company refuses to respond while keeping close to $500.00 of mine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest with inferior products . I am very upset with this whole transaction.

Absolute scam.

I read the reviews on the site, which seemed very positive, but the items I was sent were complete trash. Definitely not as advertised. They were supposed to be leather, but were vinyl. (Polyurethane.) Badly made, loose threads, broken zipper, just cheap garbage. I've been trying to return them, or have my order refunded, but their customer service team so far hasn't responded.

DO NOT buy from this site.

Never received product. Never got money back. Ordered in November last year. Now the end of February. Order number 41- LUCURUH80726. Would rate a 0 star if available.

i ordered this coat and paid the price. i waited very long for the coat to be shipped. finally i received the coat they shipped. IT WAS TOO CHEAP AND UGLY TO EVEN GIVE IT AWAY so i sent back the coat and when the post office said it would cost $60 to get a signature. i decided to ship it and take receipts for my shipment so NOW THESE SCAMMERS CLAIM THEY DIDNT RECEIVE IT watta a bunch of crooks. don’t bother with these guys also u will see the same coat with a different company name because they burnt the last one DONT BOTHER BUYING THIS COAT save ur money and go buy it in store so u know what ur getting.

From far the worse company I have ever had to deal with! It s a fraud, they lie and then waist your time, energy and money. The adress for the return doesn’t even exist according to my post office. It s not leather and shipskin as expected but entirely synthetic. The shape and the color of the « coat »I received have nothing in common with the one I ordered. 160$ I can throw in the garbage because I wouldn’t dare resell that piece of #fabric. If only i could show you some pics it would talk by itself!
I ve been waisting money, time (13 emails and no results but the promess I will be refund for half of it, I m waiting) and gaz I ve been to 2 post-office to be told that adress is fake. Don t waist your energy and Don t put any expectations in that company .
I edit my message to answer lucuss. Lucuss you Don t understand it s not that the coat doesn’t fit me, it s not what I ordered at all. Read above! Then I am at 14 mail and I m still looking for my refund you can not say I m not trying to talk, you answered me 3 times the same message when I was asking for an adress that exist to send you back your thing with the same adress that doesn’t exist. The last answer I had from you a few days ago was that you are in Holliday for another week. It s been 2 months you are waisting our time. So yes I read my mail and I see no solution from you. Your company should be banned. I wish I could put photos of what I bought next to what I received instead it would talk by itself. And I hope any authorities will stop you. How many people have you screwed?! PLEASE people go away from that company. If that company was honest the name of the director would not be hidden, they would have a real adress and they would sell the products they pretend to sell. Lucuss send my money back you said 3 weeks ago I would have a 50% refund: I m still waiting for it. And I have written approximately 20 emails with no resolution at all. This company is unethical and produce stinky plastic pieces claiming they are real shipskin coat. Learn from my mistake. They just planet polluters!

I recieved an incomplete coat. The closure zipper was missing. Contacted the company about this soon after opening the package. Have had several email contacts with support,which is not helpful. Reported this event with my visa company and disputed the amount for the coat. Lucuss has yet to respond to the credit company. So,buyer beware of this company. I will say that the aviator hat I received is ok.

I ordered (2) coats in November. The leater coat was too small because ai orders the wrong size. The fur coat sent about a week ago. I ordered a 3x which fits like a large. I requested a refund and was emailed to PayPal
$180 for shipping of another item and keep the items that don't fit. What kind of foolishness is this? Never have I hear of anything like this in my life. I will never ordered anything else from this company. I waited since November and this is what I get for dealing with mom and pop shops. Make this right.

Customer service never answers emails and there is no telephone number. I emailed them three times about where my order was then it arrived in the wrong color and too small and they did not respond to my request for a return. Do not use them.

Advertised photo of product and actual product are completely different. The quality is poor and the fit is poor. I will never use your services again and I will communicate to every person I know that you are basically a scam.

After I posted the below review I received the following email at 1:54 am.

We have refunded for the item, the refund normally takes 5-15 working days to appear in your original account, please check your account to confirm at that time.

It is sad that after 4 attempts of requesting a refund it took posting a bad review and a complaint to PayPal for me to receive what I wanted all along. RIDICULOUS!

I will update once monies are refunded. Let's see how long that takes.

On December 4th 2023 I purchased two items from them, one was a lined vest and another was the Bomber B3 Jacket. I did receive the vest after Christmas but have yet to receive the Bomber jacket.
I have reached out to them 3 different
times now over the past 2 weeks asking for a refund. They have responded making up excuses of why it has not shipped but will not issue the credit of $144.99. This was for a gift but since I didn't even receive it by the New Year I had to purchase another gift.
Be VERY careful purchasing from this company.
