My daughter had competed in the Berlin Triathlon, so one of our pieces of luggage was her bike (in a bike bag, ready for the plane). This was not a problem for Handy Alex. We were worried they might say it was too big, but they took it without any issue.

Easy, No stress
Arrived in Grand Central Station thinking they had lockers where I could store my backpack while I went to a job interview to find out that Grand Central no longer has lockers! A friend told me about LuggageHero and I was able to go online and find a locker at a VERY reasonable price at Anthony's Shoe Repair only a block away! Super easy process. The photo didn’t work, but the lady at the market advised I take a pic of my bag with the tag they gave me.
It would be nice to see the area where luggage is kept but I understand that’s not possible in NYC due to space, etc. - Will definitely use again

Used the one at T - Piccadilly Food n Wine in LONDON. Literally outside the tube station. Perfect location - Best place for stage if you are in Piccadilly. Super friendly guy that works there too.
