The luggage came fine
The luggage came fine, but I find your site to be practically unfunctional. I wrote and attempted to chat and emailed several times, with no response. It was very frustrating, but the merchandise is fine. The site is very hard to navigate, not user friendly.

I needed to return the item that I ordered and they made it very easy for me. The post office wanted to charge me $70.00 for the return. Customer service sent me a label and only charged me $7.50. I will definitely order from them again,

Easy Transaction despite mixed online reviews
After reading a number of poor reviews about this company I was hesitant about ordering through them, however, it was super smooth. Order->Pay->Easy Tracking->UPS Delivery on time.
I will say I reached out to them via chat a couple times with questions and they were not very solution oriented. I also tried calling their phone and no one picked up. So customer service is mixed, but the product is ace.

Sent wrong item
I ordered a suitcase last minute to replace mine that broke last minute. They sent the wrong item!!! Not enough time to return before my trip and had a difficult time finding a way to contact them online. There’s lots of good luggage sites out there but this isn’t one of them. Shop elsewhere!
