Nice bag but be aware of limited warranty
Nice bag but will refrain from buying Travelpro in the future due to their limited warranty which encompassed not covering wear and tear items and lack of replacement parts which I experienced firsthand recently from prior luggage purchases. This is no reflection on your company. You service has been great with wonderful communication and prompt delivery

Pleased with Everything
I was searching for an It Luggage carry on for under $50, and Luggage Online is where I found it. I first saw it offered by Luggage Online on the Walmart site; I then went to the Luggage Online website to check them out, and there was a 20% off promotion there! I generally use the largest online sellers, so I was a bit hesitant on this, but the experience was absolutely as good if not better. The suitcase is just what I was after. A good transaction.

Signed up and was offerred "Welcome15%" discount. When I tried to check-out was not applied. Tried to call customer service and got voicemail. Then got email telling me offer not applied to certain brands.

Mt experience with luggage on line was excellent. The luggage arrived way before it was due. It appears to be an excellent piece of luggage but I won't be using it until mid september
Follow Up: I was unable to go on my trip for medical reasons and I needed to return the luggage. I got in touch with them after the 30 day refund window and they very graciously extended the date for my return.

Excellent service.The price was cheaper than any other website. I received my Travelpro Crew VersaPack luggage quickly. I love the wheels- very easy to maneuver.( Much, much easier than my two wheeler!) The suitcase packed well. I love the plum color-easy to spot amidst all the black luggage. All in all a great purchase!

The luggage was just what we ordered, but we will not use it for another two months. It took over two weeks to get to us even though it was in stock when it was ordered. We could not use it as planned for our last trip. Disappointed in luggage online.
