Conflicted
I'm conflicted filling out feedback, as usual. On the one hand, Lulu consistently delivers beautiful products. On the other hand, it takes a very long time to get them delivered to you. I happen to live one, maybe two states away from where they say the books ship from, but it still takes weeks to get even an order with a single book. The tracking is almost non-existent until the day of delivery, and I get satisfaction surveys weeks before I get my products.
I love Lulu's final results, and I'll continue to use them in lieu of KDP when I want the best quality prints. But I just have to give myself a month's lead on shipping.
At least this time they delivered the correct books.

First time I have authored a book and published
First time for me writing a book and publishing.i had no problem with the book contents , but did with the cover. I received swift answers to my questions . It was still a bit difficult for me…but in the end just read the instructions very carefully .
The quality of the books are lovely. There was only one that wasn’t, and I was given a replacement .Delivery was faster swift and well protected.

12 versions of the same book and I was…
12 versions of the same book and I was charged three times for global distribution. Used high resolution image for the cover and the 12th version is blurry, I don't understand when you make one small correction and the whole book gets screwed up. Font sizes became smaller on the last version and the printed ink was blurry. So frustrating, I will never use them again and advise you to not use them either. The only way they will help you is if you pay one of their third party people. Stay away find a better publisher.

Lulu Printing is affordable to recover from your mistakes, especially if you're doing test runs of your books. The covers I created and an had printed are great. The whole book is great, and the learning experience is beyond measure. Take the timje to watch the tutorials will help immensely
