Took around 2/3 weeks but they sent it instantly. I blame it on the CRO mailing service. Anyways everything is okay and good; ordered 17 perfumes.

Bad packaging and after market sample
I didn't get the original sample but a way smaller after-market one botteled by them. It spilled almost all of it in transit

Very average customer service
So the fragrances they sell are great but their customer service is not. Ladies working there are not that great though, their knowledge of fragrances is very low, most of the customers know more in terms of upcoming releases, scent notes etc. They barely give you any samples unless you ask ( in comparison Galilu or Mood Scent Bar will give you a lot with each order). Their Instagram account is as well stuck in the 80s. They should really up their game if they want to stay competitive.

Amazing fragrance seller for Europe
I purchased from them some items that I couldn't find in Italy and Lulua was one of the few European stores to have those products in stock.
I had an amazing experience ordering from them. Great customer service, as well.
