Great fitness brand

To date, one of the best fitness brands I’ve tried in the way it maintains its quality and shape after years of usage and washes.

The customer service in the US is unparalleled - my husband’s sweatpants string caught in the dryer ruining them and the store employee replaced them. The only issue is that it seems pricier than it should be for this material.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, they switched entirely to polyester for men's trousers, abandoning nylon altogether, while only women's clothing continued to use nylon.
But even for their old series, some item quality is OK but some item were terrible.

Absolute trash customer service

Absolute trash customer service. Bought my daughter leggings for christmas the seam ripped within a few months. Customer service was nice enough to tell me this was because the way my daughter wore the leggings. We will never purchase anything from this company again.

Really poor

Really poor. Product arrived in a flimsy, soft cardboard envelope, and the plastic bag inside was already torn. The product itself has a strange stain and some visible wear and tear. The quality is incredibly poor. What a joke of ai expencive product. I expect a full refund.

Bad costumer service

I have bought the wunderpuff long coat in the store for €400. After a normal exposure to rain the coat developed a strong odor. I tried washing it according to the instructions and the smell got worse. Its so bad that i can’t wear it anymore and i also aired it everyday for over a MONTH hoping it would get better. I asked the costumer service for help but they denied my claim and stated it as “personal preference”. Mind you the item is unwearable, no one wants to wear a coat smelling like socks. I asked them twice to reconsider my request for help, but they didn’t even offer any advice. I am extremely disappointed and i will never purchase anything from them. It’s sad being a well known brand but offering bad quality with the high prices. Even stores that don’t sell at a high price points help immediately without any problem.

Terrible experience with the Resolution Team

I purchased a Lululemon Swiftly Tech Short-Sleeve Shirt 2.0 Sparkle recently. I got rashes and pimples right after trying on this shirt. When I contacted customer service about the issue, my case was escalated to the "Resolutions Team", which turned into a dragging nightmare...Instead of addressing the skin irritation or offering alternative return or exchange options, they simply sent me a shipping label and assumed I had access to a printer at home. I did initially asked whether they could honor the sale price for the same style item, and they said no, which I accepted. However, in the emails that followed, they seemed to stop reading my messages carefully. I was asking about other return options since I cannot print the label, but their replies just stated that they could not offer compensation—even though that was not what I asked.

The item is still within the 30-day return window, but because the case is now with the Resolutions Team, I was told that I cannot return it in store either. As a result, I’m essentially stuck dealing with the Resolutions Team with no practical way to complete the return.

ABC Slim Fit Trousers — one leg changed colors!

ABC Slim Fit Trousers in a grey color called ROVER that were purchased less than two years ago and washed in special detergent designed for dark clothing CHANGED COLOR. Each leg was a different color. One leg turned a reddish color , while the other remained grey. To date the company hasn’t honored a return or exchange. They cost close to $100 marked down.

The worst

The worst! The shipper they use Ontrac have no communication with Lululemon and they are therefore completely unable to assist in an undelivered package. You would think with the crazy expensive prices that users pay for their goods that they would have some basic abilities to assist customers. I’m going to also complain to American Express Platinum card that uses this company as part of their benefits for cardholders.

Worst Customer Support ever

I had what was probably the worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time. The zipper on a jacket broke after four weeks. I contacted Lululemon and received what was probably the most dismal online complaint handling service ever. I've had to submit my complaint five times now, providing the same information each time, because I keep getting responses from different employees. I receive standard emails that make no sense, and the online return forms don't work. Never again.

update: they got a hold of me and im getting a replacement. let you know if this pans out for me.

this is my first order from lulu so i was excited. but they courier they use deilivered it outside of my condo complex, ofcourse it will get stolen. i havent seen someone delivery it outside. so i contact them, it takes 24 hours to file and 2-3 busienss day to resolve the issue. i need the times in 1 week for a photoshoot. terrible experience for my frist time on this lulu.

Bad customer service.

Bad customer service. Tried to find a product on line and did not see it so I called customer service to see if it was discontinued. She could not answer the question and said the design team likes to surprise us with what they will have. I said that's bad customer service and it's idiotic because customers want to know if a specific product they like is available or discontinued. She hung up on me. Because I said not letting customers know if specific products are discontinued is idiotic and bad customer service.

Undelivered items

Bought items last month which were never delivered. DPD claims it was delivered to a parcel shop at 18:30 on a Friday. Parcel shop agent said the item is not there and that the shop closes at 18:00, so it could not have delivered. Numerous back and forth between DPD and Lululemon chat where both say the parcel was delivered and NOTHING IS DONE. This is driving me insane, as I cannot retrieve the parcel or the money paid!
