The Lululemon store at 1529 3rd Ave New York, NY 10028 is a poorly managed store with employees who are a blight to Lululemon’s brand. The Manager Javon is one of the worst store employees with his deplorable attitude and juvenile behavior. He along with other employees need to be terminated. This store needs an overhaul. Hire better employees that reflect the brand image. Javon has no business managing any store let it alone a Lululemon. The staff there racially profile and gossip about customers. Terrible customer service will never set foot any other Lululemon again.

Great Quality and Super Comfortable
I’ve been really happy with my purchases from lululemon. The quality is always excellent, the fabrics are comfortable, and everything holds up well even after many washes. The fit is flattering, and the pieces are great for both workouts and everyday wear. A very reliable brand-definitely worth it.

I’m honestly shocked that a brand like Lululemon makes it so hard to get something as basic as an invoice. I shopped at the Regent Street store recently and have been emailing to request my receipt/invoice, but it feels like nobody is even reading the emails. No follow-up, no solution, nothing.
What frustrates me most is that customer service seems to just wash their hands of the problem instead of trying to resolve it. For the prices Lululemon charges, I expect at least a minimum level of after-sales service and accountability. Right now I’m left without a proper invoice for my purchase, and that’s simply unacceptable.

HORRIBLE after-care services!!! After spending thousands, literally thousands of $$$ both online and in-store when I traveled to CA, US, and HK, they couldn't fix an issue with a replacement for an order that they sent to me WITH THE MAGNETIC TAG ON!!! This is me ordering online, shipping it to my brother in California, and him shipping it to me in MANILA just so I can get their products!!! After ALL THE EFFORT, and THEIR mistake, they refuse to send me a replacement! Not even a refund (which they also declined by the way), but a replacement!!! As if I would try to rip them off for a $148 versus a total of almost $3000 that I've spent on their products just this year!
Terrible first experience with this company
Bought a pair of shorts for our granddaughter in store, but they didn’t have so she said they would have them shipped to me. Great I said as I’m a senior and I really don’t like malls.
I kept getting emails that they were arriving on the Friday that week. I received numerous emails saying they were out for delivery they never did come that day.
On the Monday the same emails started about receiving my parcel, first it was suppose to be in am then early pm and now later pm they have finally arrived!
Terrible shipping services and they should find a service that does way better! I called them while I was waiting on my 2nd day and they offer NOTHING! No compensation what so ever! They need to do better!
Lack of Professionalism
I ordered a belt bag for a birthday present. When I went to wrap it before the party, I discovered a security tag inside. I messaged customer service explaining my time-sensitive situation and asked for tips to remove the device. The rep asked me questions about my order etc... and 45 mins later told me to take to a store to get it off (which I had already specified there was no time for.) There was no offer to make the situation right. Definitely unimpressed with the lack of professionalism.

Absolute shit quality!!!!!! I bought leggings of 120 euro that started raffeling after 2 times wear! If i send them an email the only solution they give is change the legging, they even offer a different style that i don’t want and all the same quality anyway. I did send them back onve and got new leggings but they started raffeling even worse again after 1 wash. This company is a bunch of criminals just trying to make money, they don’t care about quality or there costumers.

Awful customer service re: gift card
My son went to use his gift card and was told the balance was $0.00. I contacted their resolution department and asked repeatedly to speak to a manager, only to be told that the person I was speaking with was “the highest person available.” "the decision is final" is what she said and "there are no exceptions". At no time did I ask for an exception to be made.
She gave me the same scripted response over and over. They were able to tell me when the card was purchased and when it was used, but apparently not where it was used, which is exactly the information I needed to verify that the transaction wasn’t done by my son.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the card was given to him the very same day as the alleged use. That alone should raise red flags. Suspect. They refuse to provide the basic information needed to investigate it properly is unacceptable. SMH.
If you are thinking about buying gift cards for Christmas , reconsider, this is the 2nd time it has happened to me with receipts in hand.

Merchandise ordered online arrives in a state that resembles someone’s closet floor, hastily stuffed into a mailing bag without proper care or attention to detail. Recently, my order arrived with dirt on the leggings, which is unacceptable. The customer service response is standard, offering apologies and acknowledging the customer’s frustration. However, they act as if they are doing the customer a favor by allowing a return, leaving the customer to handle all the legwork. The price we pay for this product should guarantee that we receive top-quality items. Lululemon needs to hire quality assurance personnel who are knowledgeable and skilled in their field, as the current standards are subpar.

I’m here to leave a bad review like many others. I bought a $100 gift card, and when I first checked the balance, it showed the full $100. A few hours later, I checked again, and it said the card could not be found. It’s now being “looked at.”
I called customer service right away. The first representative I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She said she could see that the $100 was still on my card and wasn’t sure why it wasn’t showing up on my end.
Today, I called back to follow up, and I got no answers from the representative. She basically told me I was going to be out of luck — and then she hung up on me mid-sentence. Customer service literally hung up on me. It was absolutely horrendous.
Lululemon seems to be operating an organized scam with their gift cards. There are thousands of people who have been stolen from. Go check Reddit — it’s full of stories about Lululemon gift card fraud and issues with their security team. I don’t understand how they’re getting away with this. They are stealing their customers’ money left and right, all while providing the worst customer service imaginable.
My money was still showing on my card earlier, so I guess that’s one positive. I’m hoping to at least get a new card issued. I do not want them stealing my $100, and I will not let this go. You will hear from me every single day until I get a new card or my existing card is fixed — I promise you that.
I also want to point out that I did not have an account, so my card wasn’t attached to anything. According to what I’ve read on Reddit, attaching your card to your account is when it gets stolen most often. This is your warning: do not buy Lululemon gift cards unless you want your money stolen.
How does my card show $100 one moment, and then suddenly say it cannot be found? Because the money was taken. If I had read the reviews first, I would have never purchased this gift card. It was meant to be a gift, and now I can’t even give it.
I’m shocked that a large company like this is getting away with what is basically organized theft — a pattern of corrupt activity that needs to be fully investigated by the FBI or whoever handles this kind of consumer fraud. They have stolen thousands of dollars from customers and then hang up on people who simply want answers. It’s like they don’t care at all because they’ve gotten away with it for so long.

Experience with Carey Enzsweiler at Lululemon Ross Park Mall
I went to the Lululemon store at Ross Park to purchase outfits for a couple of women having surgery. I hoped to find outfits for them to feel special at such a difficult time. I have done this in the past and sometimes it works perfectly and other times not so perfect so I know to not purchase sale items. I found two outfits - the one worked great and the other outfit the woman said did not fit. I returned to the store less than 24 hours later with tags on - to return pants, jacket and a hat. None of which was listed on sale. The person at the desk (male with a beard) insisted that I had to have store credit. I asked for a manager and he said that she was not in. He gave me the in store gift card and I left with the store managers name. I reached out to Carey Enzsweiler and the conversations have been unprofessional. Ms. Enzsweilers response has been to tell me that she cannot find any proof that the tags were marked - they were not - and continues to say that she has to find more proof that I am telling the truth. If there is not any proof that the tags were marked, why is this an issue?

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Their products are overpriced, and some look very worn after a short period of normal use. Overall, Lululemon feels more focused on fashion than quality, and the poor customer service made it a really disappointing shopping experience.

From Italy, I purchased a €250 gift card online as a present for my daughter, who is their customer and lives in London. When she went to the store, she was told she couldn’t use it because it had been purchased on the European website (something that was not specified at the time of purchase). They did tell her, however, that contacting customer service would surely lead to a solution.
I reached out to them confidently, convinced that common sense would prevail and they would find a way to help me. Instead, they replied—with countless overly polite and irritating preambles—that my daughter will only be able to use the gift card when she travels around Europe or possibly in Milan, where their only Italian store is located. Alternatively, she could use it online on the European website, but she would have to pay shipping fees to receive the items in London.
I tried writing again to explain how impractical this solution was, but I never received another reply. They took the money, but I cannot use the gift card. Very unprofessional.
Horrible and outrageous service at Lululemon
I have never encountered such poor service!! In my life!!!!!!!! I ordered online for the first time on an order site for $334 including shipping. I knew I would have to pay taxes when it arrived, I just didn't know what I would have to go through. I waited a long time and then after 3 weeks of waiting, the FedEx courier company contacted me claiming that I had to pay taxes on a package worth $510!!! In other words, Lululemon made a mistake with the invoice value and now I have to chase them to change the invoice and send it to FedEx so that I can pay the correct taxes that correspond to the value of my order! I contacted them by email, Facebook and Instagram - an annoying bot answered me and I didn't get a response!!!!!! My package is lying at the airport without being handled and the company doesn't care at all!!! I order a lot online from Skims and ALO Yoga and I have never encountered such horrible and outrageous service in my life!!!!! First and last time I order from them! I hope you can help me solve the problem

My experience with customer service was unsatisfactory. I was searching for a specific jacket, which was out of stock at all local stores. After a thorough search of inventory across all Lukulemkn stores, I located the item. I contacted the Rockland, NH store and requested a 24-hour hold. I followed their instructions and completed the purchase, and then needed to arrange for pickup up.
I was dismayed to learn that my order was canceled and the jacket subsequently sold, which was quite disheartening given the store's esteemed reputation. I question the operational standards of Lululemon, as the conduct of their staff appears to be unprofessional.
