Lukas and his team have helped us get exactly what we wanted from our bathroom remodel. They have the best customer service out of any contractor company i have experienced in Denmark. They will stick with you through any issues that arise, even months after the remodel. Completely trustworthy.

Lukas provided an outstanding, professional service regarding solving some ceiling lamp issues at home. He was also very flexible with the appointment and maintained very good communication throughout. Lastly, he was very patient in answering some questions, and he provided very detailed and clear answers - I felt like I was in a class for electricians! I would recommend Lukas anytime, and please keep up the fantastic service.

I hired Lumax Byg to do a full renovation of my bathroom. The entire project was professionally executed, and Lukas was attentive, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. Lukas from Lumax accepted my short notice renovation project and delivered a high quality bathroom. We bought a new apartment with my boyfriend and we had to fix the floor and paint the whole apartment.
Lukas came to visit and he was really honest and clear with us.
He told us that the floor does not really need to be polished because it is new. And he gave us a really good price for painting the whole apartment 127m2, including ceiling, walls and wooden parts. As well as waterproof paint for the kitchen and bathroom.
The place looks amazing.
Lukas and his people are really professional, they did a really amazing job. The place looks like new. And we will recommend him and his colleagues to anyone that need to do renovations to both new and old apartments.
He is also gave us really good advices, for small reparations that can be done by ourselves.

Thank you to the Lumax team for completing our kitchen project which had been messed up and delayed by previous handymen (including a company hired through IKEA). Within three days and completely according to schedule Lumax saved our kitchen! The handyman arrived at the agreed time, worked efficiently and was also very discrete - an extra bonus as we were working from home. On the first day Lumax ensured that the floor and all the new cabinets were covered and protected and the kitchen was left clean and tidy after each working day - something we had not experienced with other companies. When the job was done we had a couple of unexpected extras we needed sorted and Lumax agreed to have it all fixed by the next day.

We will definitely be hiring Lumax again!

We are super happy with the work of Lumax team. They were able to help us on a short notice (2 weeks). Communication was good with Lukas and they also accommodated some last minute requests.
They did extra sanding of our walls to clean up some of the paint mess from previous owners and fixed the holes as if there never were any. We also got them to change the plastic bits of our sockets - they organised the new sockets themselves.
Everything looks new and very professional. Within a week they were done, with no hassle whatsoever, and we were able to move in earlier than expected. As a detail oriented person my expectations and demands were rather high, and the guys really delivered.
They also gave professional advice on what to do and what is not a good idea.

We are incredibly happy with our experience with Lumax. My girlfriend and I bought an old apartment that needed a full renovation (taking down a wall, plastering old ceiling, fix walls, put up wall to cover doors, new kitchen installation, all kitchen appliances, new bathroom appliances, electrical work, floor polishing, etc). We contacted a few handyman firms to get a quote. Lumax was by far the most responsive and professional. Lukas came to see the place within a week and gave us a quote a few days later. He was knowledgeable and organized and it was easy to plan to renovation. Once the work started we were surprised by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Also they were very quick to adapt whenever there was any external unexpected incidents. They did a full renovation of some rooms and small changes in others. The work was done well, within the agreed budget and deadline. They were thorough and went the extra mile to do a good job. It was reassuring to know that they cared for a good final result. We are extremely satisfied with the progress and the result. I can definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to do a renovation.

We decided to completely tear down our old kitchen and prepare the room for a new kitchen installation, which we had purchased. We got a quotation from Lumax very quickly after we contacted them, and decided to hire them. Lumax removed the old kitchen and appliances and disposed of them, fixed all the walls, ceiling, floor, electric and plumbing, including adding new sockets. We encountered issues with the old pipes that would affect the new kitchen installation, and Lumax always approached us with possible solutions with a creative and realistic mindset. They were very flexible with accommodating our wishes, even though it must be frustrating at times to have to interrupt the work until a solution is found. They also installed the new kitchen, including cupboards, shelves, countertop, and connected all the new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, induction stove, oven). Since we were abroad during some of the work, they even went out of their way to be home when some of the items were delivered. They then took care of all the final details, silicone work, covering corners and making things look nice. I should mention that they even took work breaks to respect the nap schedule of our baby! We are extremely happy with how our kitchen turned out, it really fits our family's needs, and it once again proved to us that Lumax is the one to call for any future work we need to get done! This team is simply the best. Very polite team and excellent service overall. They went over and above what we had agreed and told me of additional important things that required to be taken care of before I relocated from London to Copenhagen, such as lighting etc. They were also available on short notice to help with some further tasks as necessary. Appreciated and please keep up the good work!

We were struggling to find someone to get at least normal offer for our apartment renovation , since majority of the renovation companies do not even bother to reply. Lukas answered the same day and we got our offer in a short time. Even though we did not do any renovation due to financial and family reasons, but we are so happy about the communication we had. And definitely Lukas will be the first one we will reach out in case we need to renovate something.

We were struggling to find someone to renovate our bathroom and we were on a tight schedule. All we heard were horror stories from friends and we were not really connecting with the few people we met. When we met Lukas we were immediately sure we wanted to go with him, and we did not regret it! Lukas has gone above and beyond to make sure we get some of our most difficult wishes satisfied, and we ended up doing a lot more work in the flat :) Lukas is nice, funny, smart and knows how to read what you want. So much so that even my neighbors ended up hiring him :) I don't even need to think twice, Lukas is the first person I will call if I need something and the first person I will recommend to whoever asks.

Very good and timely service offered. I needed my roof top to be fixed urgently and it was done neat and in a very professional manner. I had some more small things to be fixed in the house which was taken care of with no hesitance.
