Very prompt service

Truly excellent service. Very impressed with how quickly my item was dispatched and delivered, even though it is an extremely heavy item. I initially ordered this machine through Amazon, promised a 5 working day delivery, then was dismayed to be told delivery would not be for several weeks.
Out of frustration I contacted Toolsave directly and spoke with an extremely helpful lady who couldn't understand why Amazon had quoted such a long delivery window. She advised me to cancel the Amazon order, and order direct through them, which I did. Thus saving a few hundred pounds on the purchase price and my item was dispatched by next day, delivered a few days later. Needless to say, I will be ordering direct through Toolsave for all my future machine and tool requirements. Well done to the customer service lady I spoke with and well done the rest of the team for getting my purchase to me in great time. Friendly, approachable, reliable and cost effective... a rare thing in this day and age. Much appreciated.

I would love to give you a product review and support a UK business from overseas. Disappointingly, despite your website stating you would quote for delivery to Spain you simply cancelled the order with limited explanation and no alternative option for purchase. The upside is that you did this all very quickly.

A truly excellent saw. I really like using it. Its blade change facility is fabulous.

The sander was left on my doorstep. I gave instructions to put the item in the black box in the front garden. It wasn't followed resulting in someone taking the item. I live on a street which is busy, i worked a 10hr shift to find my parcel gone.Not a happy customer. I have now installed a door ring bell due to this .

A really good quality bench at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick and I was kept updated about the progress. The bench was quick and easy to put together and everything fit really well. The bench is sturdy and a pleasure to use. I am absolutely thrilled with it.

Lovely 12" saw, so far at least on par with much dearer familiar branded equivalents. Some points losing the fifth star...the slide lock knob is pathetic, the extension rails are only fit for carrying handles and the hold down clamp should have a quick -adjust button. Overall, smooth running and (so far) accurate.

I have been getting into woodwork as a hobby and, hopefully, a future income stream to support retirement from my main career.
I have found Lumber Jack tools to be cost competitive and excellent tools for those who want quality tools, but are on a reasonable budget. They also have their Pro range which are more for experienced professionals.
Their service has also been excellent, with fast delivery and everything you need in the box to get working with the tools.

My plunge saw arrived on time and in good condition. It's my first plunge saw and I find it well made , robust and easy to use. Better still, it will run on my Evolution track. The dust extraction works well and even better when I taped up the blade changing hole in the guard.
The track is very good and made of thick aluminium. Better than the Evolution one.
I feel a good addition to the track system would be 2x 1.4m lengths, like the Evolution, to make a 2.8 length.
That would only involve 1 joint in the run instead of 3 and potentially more accurate.
All in all, a lovely machine to use.

Item came when they said it would.Trestles seem ok for what I paid for them against others that different companies make.Not had a chance to use yet but I am sure they will be fine.

The machine was easy to set up and use with clear instructions and appropriate accessories.
The machine was purchased for use on hardwoods as I am a woodturner.
Finally, the construction is very sturdy and relatively lightweight.

I knew what I was looking for from the site, tapped in battery & went straight there. I know there only 2 choices but with most sites you have to plow through so much. A couple of clicks later my purchase was ordered.
