I cannot recommend Lumi enough.
I recently went through the loan process with Lumi during what has been one of the most stressful periods of my business journey, and the experience was made so much easier thanks to Chester.
There were a few delays along the way, which naturally had me feeling anxious, but Chester was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way, always checked in when there was an update, and constantly reassured me that everything was on track.
What stood out most was how genuinely supportive and approachable he was throughout the process. I never felt like I was being left in the dark, and he was always happy to answer my questions and explain things clearly.
The funding from Lumi has genuinely helped me through a very difficult and stressful time. It has allowed me to clear some major financial pressures, alleviate a huge amount of stress, and focus on moving forward both personally and in business.
