Ben and his team come highly recommended from us. Their consultancy firm is outstanding, the food is incredible, and their ideas are simply superb!

We have been working with Lumiere Consultancy for long enough now to happily recommend their services. Working in the catering industry can be stressful at times, however, the team always managed to organise the jobs on time and very efficiently. Menu development, food presentation and production were dealt with a lot of enthusiasm and therefore working together helped us deliver great results.

Ben has worked with us for a number of months to reshape our menu. He has given us creative input, balance and helped us cost the menus so that we are able to maintain budget. The larger project of scaleability whilst remaining at the cutting edge of food trends has been a great asset to our business. We will certainly be retaining his services..

Working with Lumiere Consultancy was a great experience. We built a great relationship where we worked well together. Communication was excellent and we felt like Ben really understood our vision and ethos and worked to our parameters very well. He was always open to our changes and suggestions, available for support, came with a great deal of experience and provided us with a solid foundations to build us. The best part was that he didn't come in and tell us what to do, but instead spent time listening and understanding what our needs were and how we saw the business progressing and helped us to achieve our goals.

Lumiere Consultancy worked with my company on a series of projects that were far bigger than what we have done before and inexperienced in.

Lumiere came in and gave expert strategic advice that made sure we executed the first and subsequent events, seven in number, to perfection.

Without this service I don’t believe we would have won the contract as this was much bigger contract than we had previously encountered.
