My partner and I had been looking for an apartment in the city centre for our final year of studies in Manchester. The whole process has been incredibly smooth and professional. Everything from the viewing, to moving in and the whole stay. The apartment got some upgrades before we moved in with a brand new oven as well as a mattress. They have always been super helpful and have fixed any issues quickly. We had a studio apartment with a balcony. Reasonably priced and close to our college. Would highly reccomend!

The landlord arranged an apartment quickly and best suited to my needs. Great communication and put the client first making a stressful situation easy. Highly recommend this company for finding your new home. Great experience.

Trying to find an apartment for my son in Manchester was really hard. Demand by far outweighing supply. Via Trustpilot we came across Lumiere Living - a godsend. A family owned business run by Marc and Jennie, this was a wholly different experience. Their communication has been great and they ooze trust and professionalism. The studio my son took is far nicer than even the photos looked. Marc ensured it was superbly clean before moving in, with repairs from the past tenant quickly done. The block feels safe - which is of course key. The area is really up and coming - that took us by surprise - a fabulous area. As a parent I am delighted that we found Lumiere Living. I was a tenant at Lumiere Living from July 2021 to July 2022. Marc and Jennie Are absolutely lovely to have as landlords. Would definitely recommend living there!

My son rented a flat from Jennie at Lumiere Living. The flat was lovely and Marc came to sort out any problems promptly, and was very supportive and considerate. Jennie was communicative and friendly and the whole rental experience was easy and professional. We would definitely use them again! Thanks for a great year in Central Manchester.

We own a flat in Lumiere and needed new kitchen appliances along with a few other maintenance jobs carried out.

Marc and his team visited and gave us their advice on what needed doing and sourced the appliances (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, worktop, dishwasher and a Quooker hot tap). The team also replaced batteries in the smoke alarms, updated the bathroom fans, updated the fuse board, took out the old entry phone and gave the tiles in the kitchen a good going over.

All the work was carried out in just two days (including taking away the old appliances) with minimum disruption and at a great price.

We will definitely use the team again and recommend them to anyone in Lumiere who needs advice and/or property maintenance.

It is a fantastic experience to rent an apartment with Lumiere Living. I was looking for a place that is central yet cosy, and the Lumiere apartment was just perfect. The whole renting process was easy and fast.
It is an absolute joy to communicate with the landlords directly - always prompt, friendly, and professional support. The building is lovely and modern.

I rented from Marc for just over a year in one of his studios at Lumiere Building. After finding him on open rent- a website I prefer over agencies as it allows you to present yourself directly to the landlord, he offered me a fast viewing and contract straight away. Throughout my year living there I felt very safe in the knowledge that any issues with maintenance etc would be taken care of as soon as possible. It is with regret that I have to leave as I will be recommending his services to future family & friends in need of a place to rent around Manchester.

The flat and building were lovely, and we would’ve happily stayed had we not been forced to re-locate due to work.

I'd highly recommend these landlords. They're really efficient, responsive and professional. And my flat was in great condition and the location was fantastic. It's a shame that I had to move to another city, I would have loved to stay here!

Fantastic Landlords.

Jennie was a great communicator, always replying to any of my queries promptly. It was a really straightforward non hassle experience. It was much easier to go with Lumiere Living than any agency I've previously experienced.

They also organize a handyman to do regular maintenance which was helpful for wear & tear to keep the apartment looking good.

All and all, a good experience.

As we are French, it was difficult for us to find a flat. Finally, Lumiere Living let us our chance. We totally fall in love with the flat. It was spacious, well furnished, and it was a good location.

The neighbourhood was welcoming. We felt safe in this building, thanks to the security system and the manager.

The landlords were kind. They offered us a present (a little Christmas tree with a card) !

Had the guys in to help with painting & maintenance - completed the work in a timely fashion and to a great standard. Plus, no mess!
Would definitely use again & recommend to others.

Very professional and friendly landlords. Quick response to enquiries and repairs. I loved my stay in the building. Very well located and all facilities maintained in good shape. Concierge and gym is a great bonus.
