I wrote a review several months ago. They took me for $47,000!!! Not one dollar has been returned although I keep asking them to. I have contacted the RCMP and Interpol about these people. I am retired and just wanted to make some money in the markets which I am well versed in. Stay away!! I wish there would have been the reports out on them like you read here, when I started. Please everyone contact Interpol. They really are the only people who may be able to help us. I had to give one star to write this. I need this money back to continue life, but they don't care. Run like hell from this Lumine Trade!! If we all contact Interpol, we may all win back our funds and they will be behind bars where they belong. One year and waiting for my investment to be returned!! Be WARNED!!

Total scammers. 3 part scam -Stage 1
They suck you in to invest in Bitcoin and AI (false), create an equity crisis, demand more money to ensure you remain liquid in the investment pool then if you cannot pay more $ to keep afloat they loan you a $25 K US Bonus with an undertaking. (Don't do it). If you can't repay they close accounts and hold your investment money hostage.
Stage 2
They contact you and tell you your funds from the closed account will be placed in a smart contract in a wallet. The smart contract will release funds as soon as the bonus is paid. Then if you pay that the smart wallet is "blocked by blockchain"
Stage 3
Allegedly Blockchain want you to prove funds - so they want you to deposit more money into your wallet which then releases the smart contract. Wrong, they just take all your money from your wallet.
This stage is supported by fake emails from Blockchain. Blockchain verified this - too late though.
The smart contract turned out to be "dangerous and was removed from the wallet" by the wallet provider so no return of money there.
David Stein and the Scott Hughes are aliases for very pathetic individuals.

Luminetrade took total 95grand from my crypto wallet, they target new investors, to get started with initial 250 investment. They have been reported and I have since gotten my money back.

It may all seem to be above board.
Believe me when i say this is the total opposite.
They will take you to the cleaners as i have found out.
They are Scammers and Fraudsters of the highest degree.
They use aliases and impersonate other well know people in financial circles such as David Stein.
They are well versed in the art of deception.
They will ask you to install a fast remote desktop application.
The pretense of this desktop application install is so they can guide you through all the Required Setup, Peer to Peer Personal Guidance and for YOU passing on Personal Information and ID`s required to join this Platform.
They will assign you with a so called Senior Account Executive such as Chris Thomson, probably another alias that will be in touch with you every day or two.
They will push you to add more funds ( deposits ) to increase your takes.
Once you refuse and ask for a refund ( deposits to be paid back into your account ) you will never hear from them again.
When you reply to their Support Page you will receive no replies.
Your funds ( deposits ) will be quickly moved amongst different accounts that they have.
You will not see your funds ( Deposits ) that you have made to them again.
On top of that they now have access to your computer and anything that may be stored on it.
They can remotely operate it without you knowledge.
At this point the only options left is cancelling your Credit Cards, License, Medi Care Card and or any other Identification that you may have supplied to them.
Then you will have to apply for new ones through your particular lenders, services, State which is a painstaking and time consuming procedure.
ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, one needs to TOTALLY WIPE and CLEAN ONES COMPUTER requiring a total systems wipe of the Hard Drive and Operating System and then a Reformat and a Fresh Install of the Operating System to remove all traces of Spyware that they have requested you to install in the pretense of guiding and helping you navigate the Platform.
CHANGE all your PASSWORDS and do not keep them on the Computer.
Once again i stipulate for GODS sake do not join this PLATFORM.
Let this be a WARNING to all who are tempted to join these type of platforms as they will destroy your life if its not caught quick enough.

I have been scammed by Luminetrade company. Initally i deposit 250 USD then they show some profit. They allow me to withdraw 50$ after few days to get my confidence. And they forced me to add more funds. I trusted them and add 3500 USD and started my own trade. The A/c manger contacted me and ask me not to trade any more by myself. And when i requested 1000$ withdraw. They keep ignoring my calls and emails. The support emails and phone no is fake. they never answer the call nor reply to your email. They have a new website now: lumine-ltd.com. Please avoid any company who claims to give you more profit. Especially these days they place a fake ads on FB , Instagram, etc.. using the name AI tool "Quantum AI". Any company uses this name for advertisement and ask 250$ to start is fake and a scammer.

Thankfully only deposited £200. Personal broker calls you, all very nice, attempts to get you into bitcoin and invest more money. Changed my mind after reviewing trust pilot. Impossible now to get hold of customer service and despite several requests to recover £200 unsurprisingly no response. Stay well clear, complete scam

WARNING: 100% SCAM. They let you create an account on multibank.io and deposit money. Then you get via email a bitcoin wallet address (Their own wallet address) while you're in a zoom call with Ray Mitchel. As soon as have bought bitcoins on your multibank.io account, you get the instructions to transfer all of it to the wallet address the've send you by email. The lie they tell you: This is to transfer your money to your (fake) Lumin trade account. And within minutes, you've lost all the money and it is on one of the wallets of Ray Mitchel. On you're Lumin Trade account you'll see fairytale numbers to make you believe you're making money. And than the sequence is repeated. Until they have got all your money. And when you want a refund, you must deposit an extra 40K to get your own money. This is the last step of Ray Mitchel to get an extra another 40K from you. Be warned!

Please do not joined. I have borrow money from bank whenever I req to withdraw my money they don’t like to do &30%taxyou have to pay. No point to join

My experience with this company was a disaster. Mutiple calls and very polite in the beggining, however when I decided to withdraw my intial deposit due to their several calls on daily basis and after reading some negative reviews, they became more aggressive and did not respond in writing as per my request. I have sent few reminders through my on line account and via email provided, there has been no reponse. It appears that they are not intrested in sending my intial deposit back to my account. I have lost hope and now looking to RCMP if that my be my last resort.
In fact I am happy that I did not give them any furher money to feel sorry afterwards. I am warning anyone who is thinkinig of using Lumietrad, BE CAREFULL !!!!
