Horrible customer service and product quality
I ordered earrings from this brand, which arrived in broken condition. Thereupon I sent a proof photo of the earrings to the brand and asked them to refund me the purchase price. At first, they denied that the product is damaged, although you could see in the photo that the earring is strongly bent. But when I could finally return the earrings, there was no reply to my e-mails for weeks and the amount was not refunded. After a long time of begging and many e-mails, I was finally not even refunded the full amount, but only a part of it and that without any reason. I have never experienced such a bad product quality and such a bad customer service, which is why I unfortunately can only advise not to buy from Lunar Craft.
