This is one of the worst e-commerce site i come across, infact the company is made for fraudulent and other activities. Once you order and they will send you the wrong or defective product, and after cancelation forget about the amount which you have paid means they won't return. This is their business plan, guys never ever go for such road side cheap and fraud e commerce website.lurap.com

I bought a jumpsuit in December. Pathetic fit. Sent for alteration. Not relieved after that. No response from customer care. Just checked my bank statement. Been double charged. Keep away from such thug companies. The only time they respond is when you leave a poor feedback all over the Internet.

After a long long time I came across a website like an online brand that understood my requirement. I ordered two dresses for the Christmas party and both of them turned out to be an awesome one.
But, I am not writing this review because the clothes were good l. In fact, What pleases me was their idea and concepts. They took my body measurements and made the dress in the exact size. Also, they agreed to customize the sleeves of the dress. Well, this was just amazing.

And, if you think this is a paid review, then you are mistaken dear..and you can try shipping from here at least once.
And yes. They have a friend customer service team and they not only guide you but also help in buying the best garment easily.

Lurap is a cheat startup.

Below is my story -
My Order Number : #10000005305
Placed on November 2nd for a dress which was for Rs. 1895 - I felt rather than going for the usual Jabong / Myntra, let me see if another site can help - that was the biggest mistake for below reasons:

1. Order took forever to get delivered
2. The crepe fabric is extremely thin - so much so that it just sticks to the skin
3. Bad fitting and stitching - looks like stitched by some road side vendor
4. Their return policy sucks

Once I received the product, ofcourse, I didnt like it - i raised it for a return - a sugary voice called me telling me that they dont have a return policy for the fabric as they have sold (read: cheated multiple customers across the country) many dresses with the same fabric. She had the audacity to ask me if I place another request, they can offer me discount - can you imagine how shameless they can be! First cheating their repeated potential customer and then having the audacity to offer to cheat them again!
I politely declined, asking if they cant return the product why have the called me - like a parrot she kept repeating the same template.

The start up sucks

Word of Advice for the company - Shut down your CRAP (LURAP).

Word of Advice for potential customers - Dont go by the positive reviews - all of them are written by the paid sources/ themselves - please dont give CRAP a single chance coz they dont deserve it! You better go and shop on other sites or just donate the money to some NGO - WITH CRAP (LURAP) it will be WASTED.

Bought 2 dresses for my wife on 2nd August, for our coming holiday. I received a call from Lurap team. The lady confirmed the sizes with me and was really polite. I confirmed to her my wife's sizes (the ones i was aware off), but she insisted to speak to my wife to get the correct measurements. I gave her my wife's number and my wife shared her sizes. 8 days later....Bingo...i received 2 dresses, 1 was good but the other was amzinginly beautiful. I was so happy i made my wife smile :)

Ordered a made to order dress. However the fitting was worse than a ready-made size. Besides the material and stitching is not worth the price. Have not received any answer to my complaint.

The company doesn't respond to your calls or messages for product replacement as they don't give you the refund of your money. They give you a store credit and it takes them ages to replace the original purchase with a new one. Mine has not arrived till date although I am contacting them on whats app everyday. They dont have any customer care to take care of your grievances regarding the low quality stuff they are using.
