I placed my order however when my items arrived, they did not fit. I was hoping to exchange for different sizes however the email address they supply is not valid as a message comes back saying this email address is unreachable. So now I am stuck with items that do not fit. A simple exchange could have rectified this situation. However, I have to accept some responsibility as I did not read the company reviews. If you read more you will see I am not the only person this has happened to. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone.

Love my lurv leggings! all high quality and lasted for years.. so good! highly recommend. Great price point too

I ordered three pairs of leggings. One came with the security tag still attached on the leg. One of the other pairs that i ordered were different to the image on their website and I can't wear them as the color is completely see through. I have emailed them and messaged through Facebook with absolutely no response. I don't know how to get the security tag off other than taking it to a retail store and showing my proof of purchase and hoping they can remove it for me.

Worse customer service ever.
The clothes never arrived.

I was a bit hesitant to order because the prices were so low ($10) but I bit the bullet and ordered a few pieces in what I’m assuming is their closing down sale. I received my package today and am so pleasantly surprised! The quality is absolutely beautiful! I’m jumping on to order more!

Lovely products, not sure why there's so many negative reviews. There were updates on shipping and tracking. I just made a second order, the prices are really good.

Great price , good quality and fast delivery.
Unsure why the many bad reviews, to the point I thought I had been scammed , but not at all. Also customer service is quite decent.

Can anyone tell me if L'urv has closed down? As I cannot use my voucher to buy clothes.

Tash on customer services initially stated that I'll be getting a refund 6 weeks ago. After providing my bank details and after six emails, I've had no response and no refund. Customer service is horrific and I shall be making complaint with my credit card company.

Avoid at all costs.

Until a few years ago L'urv was a fantastic, super high end Athleisure brand from Australia. It was in the league of the late 'we are handsome' brand.

Excellent products, clothing, quality. Worn by influencers such as the base body babes, Racheal Zoe to name just a few. I loved this brand so much I raved about them and told my friends. I own over 40 pairs of their leggings. I lived for their sales and their free international shipping promo when I would go crazy.

Then in 2021 something happened.... The owners sold the company. The company they sold it to took the reputation that L'urv had and crapped all over it. The quality went straight down the toilet.

Quality of the products. Rubbish.

You used receive a package that was beautiful, each product was individually wrapped and placed in their own plastic wallet. Each item was made from good quality fabrics with a tag pinned with a rose gold pin.

You as the customer knew why a pair of leggings cost 160AUD because you could feel the luxury. They never failed to blow my expectations out of the water.

You may think that's 'extra' but it's kind of attention to detail you expect from a quality high end brand.

Now the quality of their goods feel cheap. You can feel low quality from the new owners. It has a 'shein' feel. It's just kind of yuck.

Customer service went straight down the toilet. When you had an issue you were assigned a ticket number and you would get a response within 24 hours. I purchased a top that was too small and wanted to send it back. I sent a request for a return form as there wasn't one in my order. A year later they still haven't responded back to my message.

I'm now hearing alleged stories of people receiving their goods. I really hope that's not true. In my experience it took about 5 weeks to receive my order which is longer than the usual 2 weeks but at least I got it.

Would I recommend L'urv now. Absolutely not.

All in all it's disappointing to see this once great brand demise. It really is.

If anyone want's to take a risk, and you know what your looking for, the OLD original collections from l'urv are available at a bargain price.

Anyone choosing to purchase use your credit card to pay because it will be safer as a consumer if you don't receive your order. None of this gives me pleasure, however, I can't lie.

Thank God I ordered only one pair of leggings. Colour great but far too small and I ordered one size bigger than normally. Quality very dubious. I send them back but did not get a refund as expected only a voucher. They van keep their money. Will never order from them again. Hard to get in touch with. All together not a good experience.

I ordered leggings originally from Myers and loved them so much I ordered my direct while on sale. I love the 6 pairs I ordered at a fantastic price. Lurv customer service was fantastic when I accidentally ordered two of the same thing.

Received not one but two faulty items in a recent order. A track jacket with a stain on one panel, and visibly wonky stitching on another panel, and a pair of track pants with a completely unfinished seam down the inside of one leg. Have sent photos of both items with a request to exchange ... crickets. As others have said, the customer service from this company is non-existent. So even if you get the sizing right, hope that you also don't get a factory second – because you ain't getting no refund or exchange.

Just very poor quality. To be expected I guess for the price. I got tricked by some good reviews!

Fabrics are really bad, stiff and cheap and odd. Not suitable for active wear. Cut and fit is weird.

Do not recommend. Get your active wear from the more reputable, good quality and eco friendly brands. My bad - not even sure anymore why I experimented with this!

Made some purchases during Black Friday sales for super cheap prices. I'd bought their products before through Myer in last year's sales and liked the quality but was a bit worried buying these directly because they were so cheap. However they turned up fine and are still great quality, especially for the prices at the moment. Shipping was all good about 1-2 weeks, no dramas.

Got a couple of things in the Black Friday sale including a pair of yoga pants for $20 reduced from $109. Not bad for $20 but no way would they be worth $109, average quality and weird fitting. Happy for what I paid but definitely wouldn’t recommend you pay full price, not worth it

Have tried to return for a size exchange, no response to multiple emails and Instagram messages over the last month. They haven’t posted on their Instagram since August so it’s giving me ‘bankrupt’ vibes!

Didnot receive order in full and was still charged. There was 1 item missing out of 7 purchased. Have emailed the company but no response.
