Does NOT deserve 1 star !! Improve... by closing down & stop robbing customers money for complete SHIT items. Did not arrive on time, even though express shipping was paid for. Cheap/crap material. One leg way shorter than the other. Bits of thread hanging all over the item. Shocking !!!!

DO NOT USE / BUY FROM. Fake products, no refund or return policy, automated / AI response to issues. Complete fraudulent company

Ordered Lacoste t shirt came in a plastic bag,no way is it real

It’s been weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn’t been shipped. Just saw everyone’s reviews and have requested a cancellation and a refund since it hasn’t been shipped yet even. Let’s see if they can at least get that right.

Ordered a matching set outfit. The fabric quality was horrible and fit was not as expected. Online they said they allow returns. I should have known better when I saw a china based company as this has happened to me before when I didn't do research. The returns are not free and shipping cost more than the apparel. Disappointed more in myself but want to warn others to not make the same mistake

Accidentally ordered 2 times because they messaged my email that the order was pending, so I ordered again. Received 2 packages a few days apart. Their ad recommended ordering a "size up". The first order was 2 pants: extremely long ( had ordered petite XL). The fabric was very poor quality, but they were marked petite. The second order one pant was extremely short and too big, but the fabric was better--thicker and the other 2 pants were the right length petite and better quality than the first order, but they were too big. I have emailed them, but there has been no response. I want my money back. These are not worth it at all.

Never ever buy from this company. Sizes are way small and if you have to return it is at your expense to China. They give you a messed up address and then the package Never gets back them and you are out of pocket what you paid for the order then return shipping. Have been trying for over a month with no luck to get my money back.

It’s Amazing that so many of us have the same Complaint!!!! I am 5”7 and the the crotch of the pants would have to be pass my crotch to be long enough. In other words they are too short! Plus very cheaply made. I dare not try returning these pants. After reading how Frustrating others became with Customer Service, I too will give the pants away. It’s not worth the Aggravation!!!

I order the Lurvia™ Seamed Front Wide Leg Jeans in Indigo, in XL Petite on April 23, 2023. Lurvia's website says Petite has an inseam of 30" but the pair I received today has a 26" inseam. I definitely did not expect to receive capri-length jeans! I have emailed support AT Lurvia dot com a request for a free shipping return label so I can return the jeans and get a refund.
24 hours later... Lurvia gave me the address, name and contact phone number to return the defective jeans... at my own expense. They will not cover the cost of return shipping even though the jeans are defective. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.
Also, I don't understand how Trustpilot gives Lurvia a 2.3 star rating when all they've received are 1 star ratings. What's up with that, Trustpilot?

I ordered 2 pairs of pants. One was the correct size, and one pair was incorrectly sized. I asked for a return, but the only option (after three emails) was for me to incur shipping charges to China. It wasn't worth it, so I will donate the pants. I will never purchase from them again, however. Poor customer service.

Very poor...it took 5 weeks for goods to arrive. I had to keep asking for updates then got a bot answer. Goods arrived and the sizing is all messed up. You have to pay for return shipping which is more than the goods are worth. Save your money

Shortly after I placed my order, I sent a cancel request via email. In fact, I sent multiple cancel requests and each reply I got ignored the fact that I requested the cancellation and instead explained the delay in shipment. I think I sent 10 requests total to cancel the order in the month prior to them actually shipping it. After my third request, they ignored me. I never got my refund and now they've shipped the order, and I do not want it. Do not purchase from this company. They do not care. They do not listen.

Trash! and so is customer service. The jeans I ordered were supposedly one of "Oprahs" picks -- and that has to be the furthest thing from the truth! I am sure Oprah would never endorse something so cheaply made. When I pulled the jeans out of the package there were loose threads from the seams in 3 different places. They were NOT advertised as cropped or ankle length jeans -- but they were very much cropped and unflattering with my 5'0 height. Over the past 3 weeks, I have sent email THREE times to their customer service to start a return because you can't return the item without their approval, and I have not received a reply from Lurvia yet! I have googled them and there is no phone number listed, so they left me no choice but to voice my very unsatisfactory and disappointing experience here. I would rate them a zero if possible.

Don’t buy from these scammers the stuff is terrible and you will have to pay for returns

Hi - avoid this site. Item was delivered after several weeks but is not as described and there is no way to return / exchange without posting at your cost to China - probably more than the item is worth.
