I ordered a set of 60 blank cards
I ordered a set of 60 blank cards. I needed to print to sets of 30 cards. Thankfully they had option to customize backs, so I could put a couple of smaller decks. I guess that's the downside of the services - that it is always a must to order at least 60 long decks.
I tried metal tin box. It turned out twice the size of the deck itself. basically, it had inserts that would prevent cards from moving around in the box.
I prefer if the box option had real photos, I would know better what exactly am I getting.

Great service and excellent products
This shop was the perfect solution for creating a personalised game. It's range of products is great and really well thought through - e.g. if you order player figurines, you get six colours but can add 6 or 18 more cards to switch, so you can order one for everyone you might want to play with. The service is great, I had a question and got a quick reply even on the weekend. I ordered the blank board with a box, set of playing cards and 24 figurines for a personalised clue game. The web interface was very easy to use. I had designed everything in other software but the interface has some rudimentary design options, too. My order was printed and shipped very quickly. I am really happy with the quality, it looks and feels like a professional, store-bought game. If I ever create another personalised game, I'll definitely order here again!

Good quality and order arrived in perfect condition
Such an amazing company! I ordered 165 custom cards and a game board and everything arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the items is very good and the website and customizing tools were easy to use once I got the hang of it. Delivery was surprisingly fast and my order arrived just in time for Christmas. Would definitively recommend

Good game but bad shopping experience
Website: I spend a lot of time designing a personal game with various pictures and text and put it in my shopping cart. I filled out all of my information and finally had to put in payment information - but then my shopping cart had been emptied! None of my design had been saved so I had to design everything again. Very frustrating! But fortunately, the design program was easy to use.
Communication: After ordering, I received several mails written in German, which was a little annoying since I ordered from the english website with shipping to Denmark, so I am clearly not German, so it would have been nice to receive the information in English.
Delivery: The package was shipped as promised (stated in the shopping cart), but the delivery was very confusing. The package was shipped with DHL and I checked the shipment status several times every day, but the information was several days delayed so the package suddenly appeared in my garage even though the DHL website said it was still in Germany. DHL also stated that the package would be given to Bring once it arrived in Denmark, but the package was delivered to me by PostNord. Furthermore, I did not receive my package within 2-4 working days as promised.
Product quality: The card game is good quality and the design and pictures look exactly like on the website. However, I paid extra for a costumised metal box, but the box is more than twice as big as the cards. I expected that the box would fit the size of the cards so I would be able to fit the cards into a purse – but the box is much too big! So unfortunately, I had to discard the box (which cost 8.40€) since it takes up too much space.

Our sincere apologies for the loss of your work when checking out. We know how much work some of our customers invest in these designs and appreciate how much it hurts if that time is wasted. This should obviously not have happened! Quite often, this is a problem with the PayPal interface. PayPal regularly updates the way it handles customer payments without always announcing these changes. As payments are closed to us for security reasons, we can’t influence what is happening and sometimes find out from frustrated customers like you that there has been a change. As we are about to update to a new shopping system we are hopeful that we can leave these problems behind soon.
It's always worthwhile writing to our support in these cases; quite often we can reconnect these “lost designs” to the right account.
Communication:
Also, all communication should obviously have been sent in English. Contrary to your statement, you received at least some standard emails in English – we hold copies of all order confirmation emails, and at least that one was sent in the right language. We would assume that this was the case for all standardised messages, including tracking emails etc.
We would much appreciate if you could forward any of these emails that your received in German instead to help@luudoo.de, so we can correct any potential errors.
You definitely received at least one message in German though. One of our colleagues in quality assurance picked up your order as a particularly beautiful design and got in touch to ask whether we could use this design for images as part of our “top customer design” range. This message was indeed accidentally sent in German, our apologies for that. By the way, we are still interested, and our offer of a 30% refund of the product price still stands!
Delivery:
We can only apologise on behalf of DHL. We are using the timings provided to us by DHL and are sorry to hear that DHL did not stick to its own promise in this case – we can confirm that from the tracking information. We picked DHL as it is one of the best of the bunch (having also worked with DPD and UPS before), but it is a bad surprise to us that their tracking system is not up to scratch either.
Product quality:
We are sorry to hear that the box was a disappointment to you. It is true that the box is a fair bit bigger than the cards: 141 x 100 x 46mm for cards which are 56x87mm. This information is easily available as part of the product description though. We chose this size for two reasons: A) Most of our customers seem to appreciate the chance for a large print area, thus being able to put e. g. group pictures on the box and these still being identifiable, and B) the fact that we also sell a lot of card games with two decks (e. g. Canasta) and use the same box for both. That way, the price for the box drops considerably, but it definitely does not fit into a purse!
As always, we suggest to any customer to contact our support team first with any problems. We are always trying to help!
We will get in touch separately to via our support system to offer a refund of the €8.40 which you paid for the box; while the box arrived in the size advertised we do recognise that this is not totally obvious when designing your game.
