Really helpful and responsive
A small latch broke on our wonderful (7 year old) Luxair cooker hood. A phone call to Luxair, and an email with a photo, and the part was in the post, delivered the next day. Great customer service.

Top class service and delivery.
Great communication and service. Luxair delayed their delivery at my request. Sent me a confirmation of the agreed delivery date. The delivery driver, Lee, then texted me the evening before to let me know the time he'd arrive. Even texted me next morning to say delayed in traffic. On delivery Lee carried in the unit, and unpacked it to check all was OK. Top class service from ordering to delivery. Thank you Luxair and all the team.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Called for further information before purchase and the advisor was really helpful. The had a great selection of 1100 sizes which I had struggled to find elsewhere. My order arrived quickly and Lee the delivery driver checked over the item for any transit damage before leaving. The hood has not been installed yet but it looks lovely.

1st class service
The product I wanted was not in stock when I wanted to order. The luxair office staff kept me informed on a regular basis over a couple of months regarding the availability. When it came into stock they delivered the product using their own transport in 4 days. Delivery was on time and the driver Lee was both polite and efficient. Altogether a top class company.

We are very happy with our new cooker hood! It is very powerful and does an excellent job. I do sometimes worry before pressing on power mode not to be sucked in myself, but so far so good-still here! 😁
Although we had some issues with rearranging the delivery ( it was cancelled and I had to chase Luxair Cooker Hoods for a new delivery date and time to be arranged ), I am still leaving a 5 star review, because of the driver Chris. He made up to us by providing an excellent service on the day of the delivery. Chris gave me a call before arriving, opened the box and checked the hood himself. He was very polite, friendly and professional.
Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and recommend Luxair Cooker Hoods to everyone!

Lee, the driver, delivered promptly on delivery day and also dealt efficiently with my return (no issues, just changed my mind).
Office staff have been helpful in making the correct choice and arranged immediate replacement of one incorrect item of ducting with no charge or any other issues.

Spot on order and delivery system
Just taken delivery of our Luxaire 60 x 90 Soffito ceiling extractor. The delivery was spot on time, I could track the driver, and also got a message and email from them in advance. Very reassuring. And then Lee (our driver) called me before delivery, delivered on time, inside the property, and opened the box to check the extractor was in tact. Very impressive delivery service. Will review the extractor once its installed.

I honestly do not know anyone in the company. Because of the previous excellent service I have now ordered and received a hob. The company message you to know your order receieved and to clarify the order is correct. Then a date for delivery comeout with a 2 hour windown then the delivery persons checks all OK and then he is on time helpful and pleasant. I will be shopping here again. Prices also competitive. I won't mention the wonderful staff I dealt with. I won't mention the great product I bought so many years ago. A small incident lead to a few broken parts. A quick phone call to Michelle and my replacement parts are on the way. Free. Free of charge. No cost. That is what I will mention.

So far so good ordered and received efficiently and delivery driver was excellent. It was fitted 3 days ago and working looks fantastic seems to do good job but only used once so far.
Quieter than previous one we had although I had hoped it would be quieter on high level.

The LA-72-CAN-BR-BG is a very popular model, benefitting from the brushless motor, meaning it is quieter and more energy efficient. The higher the speed setting, the more noise the motor will generate, so we would expect the highest speed to be the loudest, however, many factors can determine the noise levels each customer achieves, such as the size and type of ducting used, the cupboard in which the hood is installed, and the acoustics of the kitchen itself.

No return policy
EDIT: I have visited your website and followed instructions to receive a returns code, which I did not receive. I hope you will respond to my request to return Order Number 106578.
I await your response.
I bought two extractor fan filters for a CDA extractor fan. While the dimensions were correct the tabs were out of alignment.
And this is where the problem starts.
Luxair, despite a number of emails requesting returns, never acknowledged my request.
Would not buy from them again.
