Bought a bed and wardrobe from them, the wardrobe came missing 2 drawers and a door, and with wrong hanger, the installation guys said they will send these parts "soon". it has been 6 months now and i tried sending them emails with no answer, going to the shop with no solution and told me they can't help in the shop. it seems after sale service is terrible once they get their money they don't respond to your emails, i shouldn't have paid at delivery when i saw missing parts.

The person at the shop was helpful in choosing the bed and mattress.
Would like to go back again for furnishings other bedrooms in my house

Outrageous Service, very bad - Don't Buy

Instore I bough a bed, which was all fine, nice people. I will receive my bed in 8 weeks. in the 8th week they come but have the wrong bed, they were sorry and they would contact me very soon the reschedule. All fine, that can happen. Now, I am in week 11, I haven't heard anything from them, I contact them and they keep saying they will look into it. Yesterday i Called again and they said we come tomorrow and i will get a confirmation email with time slot. Today, no email received, no time slot, I dont know if I need to reschedule my own appointments i have tomorrow because they just don't inform me. If I did this to my customers, I would immediately be fired.. what a bad service, unbelievable. This company should not exist.

I spend more than 3 hours to choose a bedroom, when everything was clear (measurements, colors, etc...) only due to problems with the simulation computer program.
There was no advice and when we asked no real solution was given.
After 3hours and a half, we should leave the shop...
The worst is that the previous week, we have been there discussing everything for around 2 hours.
At the end, it took us around 5 hours to choose a bedroom, where we have provide all the details, all the ideas without having any kind of advice, then, we were very upset with the service.
Next time, probably, it is better to go on internet and do everything online, without going to the shop, not even going to the Luxebedden web...

Excellent service and advice from the staff within store at Amsterdam. All members of staff were extremely knowledgable on the various product offerings. Finally, the delivery service from Luxebedden was expertly managed throughout. Would buy from Luxebedden.nl again on the back of this experience.

I ordered closet with bed in May. I received the bed after 10 weeks but closet was damaged during transport . They needed to order again and told me in week 41 I would receive it. I called them from week 41 till week 44 just to ask when I will get it and every time only heard transport company will call you. Finally I got the No of transport company to make an appointment directly. Now I heard from Transport company that the closet was shipped to the wrong Warehouse and first they have to bring it to the correct one. Now it is in week 45 and still no news .

I am really reagretful to buy from this company. LOW service . I DO NOT recommand anybody this company.

The bed delivery date was not respected, we ordered a single 160cm mattress and received two separate 80cm mattresses. It is more than a month after delivery, and 4 or 5 phone calls to the shop we never received any feedback on how we could sort this issue out. At least the customer service (?!) told us they wouldn't do anything. I'm not so fond of the Swedish competition but at least you get what you buy!

I am always a bit dubious when I use a new website and order online!! No need to worry with this company, the quality/price of the products are excellent! The packaging was very good, delivery professional, and on time! The lady who contacted me regarding delivery etc, was informative & friendly!! I will certainly recommend this company to all my friends, home & abroad!!!

just a short note to say that i have been very happy with the quality of advice, service and after sale of luxebedden
First i was a bit afraid when i read on a forum that they are the cow boy of the industry... but in reality they gave me all the attention i needed to find the right bed between all the top brands they have and all variety of matresses
the final choice was swissflex with a full latex matress firm
