Meine Erfahrung ist unterirdisch…

Meine Erfahrung ist unterirdisch schlecht und von einer Bestellung online kann ich nur abraten!!!!

Zur Geschichte:
Bestellt online für über 100.- inkl Lieferung für 4.1.25 und bezahlt am 2.1.25
Bestätigung per Mail am 2.1.25

Nachgefragt wann die Bestellung kommt, da absolut nichts kommuniziert wurde,
meinerseits am 4.1.25 um 9.00Uhr.
Antwort am 4.1.25 um 15 Uhr, "Sorry die Bestellung bekamen wir nicht, wir schicken es am Montag 6.1.25"

……

Ich antwortete, danke, dann brauche ich sie nicht mehr.
Am Montag keine Rückmeldung und Erdbeeren (hätte ja sein können, dass meine Mail nicht gelesen wurde).
Am 7.1.25 das Angebot per Mail Bestellung plus 10 Erdbeeren oder Rückzahlung.

Ich fordere Rückzahlung…

am Freitag 10.1.25 Info das die Rückzahlung am Montag erledigt wird.

Dienstag 14.1.25 Leider finden sie meine IBAN nicht.

Seit dem wieder nixxxxxxxxx… kein Geld auf dem Konto, keine Meldung…

Ich hätte solch ein schlechtes Gewissen!!!!!!!!
Das ist sowas von unter allem!!!

EDiIT: 20.1.25 Nachricht der Geschäftsführung!? in welcher mir erklährt wird wie ein Geschäft funktioniere und das dies, sollte ich es nicht verstanden haben, auch gerne nochmals per Telephon erklährt werden könne.
Das Geld sei bis 24.1.25 auf dem Konte.

Heute ist der 24.1.25 und es ist nichts auf dem Konto...

Erdbeeren lecker

Die Erdbeeren waren lecker und schön dekoriert. Sie hatten mir sogar mehr gegeben als angegeben. Sie haben später geliefert als angegeben (spät. bis 16:00) mit der Begründung dass sie zuerst in Aargau und in der Stadt Zürich liefern. Wäre gut wenn man das noch angeben würde. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Nie mehr

- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht überein:
Hoher Preis für das Produkt + noch zusätzlich 12 bis 20 Franken Lieferkosten dazu. Die Erdbeeren waren bisher auch nie so gut und frisch wie sie es vermarkten.

- Keine Kommunikation:
Man wird nicht einmal informiert wann die Sachen geliefert werden oder zu welchem ungefähren Datum man die Sachen erwarten kann.

- Bestellungen gehen ständig unter:
Ich habe bereits zwei Mal dort bestellt und jedesmal wurden die Sachen nicht geliefert und ich musste mich mit der Firma in Verbindung setzen.
