Packages are not stolen. A message is sent to me when delivery is done. But, if only Amazon drivers will follow my instructions and deliver to the lockers.

My overall experience was great, the emails with instructions are clear and easy to follow. The product was excellent and something everyone could/would use in their household.
I received a message to take ALL of the remaining samples as a thank you but was unable to send a picture in return. If there’s another way I could add that, please let me know!

My experience was great
My experience was great, because I was not at home when my package was delivered, and they steal packages in my building, so it's great to have a place where packages can be left safely & the rightful person that it is addressed to can pick up there package. This puts my mind at ease & it's easy to retrieve your package!.
