We have used Lux Tenebrae for several years for both her lovely leather lingerie and also corsets and skirts. Jules Lingerie designs are superb along with her other items. It is always interesting to see the expanding catalogue of designs in leather and consider what next to buy.

Exceptional service and quality
I ordered a custom leather skirt for a friend's birthday. She is hard to fit, and i had a lot of anxiety about it. The process from start to finish was exceptional. There was excellent communication and support, and when she received the final product she declared it "perfect in both fit and craftsmanship". We will certainly be ordering more items from them!

Exciting designs but not the quality you expect for £££
I ordered leather and fur bolero and leather lingerie set from this company.
Bolero arrived with one sleeve defective - it was repaired by a tailor. I got some small discount / refund for that. Fur that was used was not rex rabbit but normal / cheap rabbit. Very surprising considering the price of the garment.
Bra had uneven cups. This could not be repaired I was told by the tailor. I decided not to send it back because I needed the garment for an upcoming photo shoot and it was also a gift which would make it all even more difficult - the amount would be refunded to the donor and I would be left with nothing. After the bra has been worn and handwashed a few times, the mesh part of the bra now looks totally worn - white rubber threads are coming out. I managed to removed some of them with tweezers.
Panties were fine but at some point a defect appeared. I was offered to send it back for evaluation as whether it was usual wear and tear or something I was entitled to having repaired. I could not be bothered to pay for international postage and see what happens. I actually emailed a photo where the defect was clearly visible. I was also informed that the products come with only a few months guarantee. How comes?
I am a big fan of leather but I have stuck to my decision not to order anything else from this company.

I've got to be honest with anyone reading this - this whole affair was a vile experience that left us hurt and confused. To this day I'm not sure there was anything wrong with any of the items and we feel as though it was an attempt to scam us, and when that couldn't happen we were left with this awful review.
As you probably know under EU law, custom-made items are not eligible for either refund or return. So we have make sure they're perfect first time and if by chance, we mess up we put it right straight away. And in practice that's exactly what happens, our clients are on first name terms with us, so if per chance your invisible zip stops working 5 years down the line, we can put a new one in for you. We're here for you.
But this affair was strange from the get go. Person A buys clothing for person B - they are on different sides of the world and we believe person A was completely innocent of what happened next.
Person B receives her gift, and in return sends us a demand for payment for repairs carried out by a third person, C.
Person B says the fault that could only be corrected by person C. And anyway she can't be bothered to send it back to us.
As if this wasn't weird enough, we were further confused by the fault itself, an alleged twisted sleeve lining - but this can't be possible because we have to put our arms down through the sleeves to attach them to a jacket. Being naive we offered to help anyway.
And that's when the other claims for money started. We were not allowed to see any alleged faults.
And so, because we didn't pay money (anyone fancy refunding person B for an order paid by person A?) we were then threatened with this review.
The learning experience for us as a small friendly company, was to be more cautious with people we don't know. Which is a sad thing really.
And we learned we'd rather get this out in the open than be blackmailed.
