I ordered two ties in January and they never came. I've emailed and messaged them and get nothing in return. No refund. This is a scam organization.

I bought a Ferragamo tie for my brother as birthday gift, he likes very much.
Convenience prices, good deal, also their staff are very kind.
I would like to say there are so many brands on this website, I love them all :-)

Great experience on Luxties.com! I ordered a tie and then requested for an exchange and a change of address too.. but the customer service representative has been so kind to accomodate all my requests! Really amazing! I will recommend your site to all my friends: high quality products, fast delivery and awesome customer service!

Purchased a Tie in good faith based on their reviews. When the item arrived not only was it stained, it clearly was not a genuine product either! No tags and not in the original box as claimed on their website. I took the item to the Gucci store in London and they verified its not authentic, I have now given them the company details for them to investigate!
I contacted Luxties and they told me it was real and had no labels or the box because their supplier didn't provide them! asked for a refund they agreed, but want me to cover the shipping costs, which I refused to do, I said I would send it back at their expense; after all this was purchased in good faith and they have mis-sold it.
This is now with Paypal for them to resolve! Save yourself the disappointment and do not use them unless you are happy with inauthentic goods.

Ordered beautiful Emporio Armani Scarf and was not sure how long it would take to ship to Australia. To my delight Luxties shipped the item I think the next day because I got it in few days, as promised o their website. The scarf is amazing, no doubt whatsoever that is genuine. Fantastic! I will buy from them again. Thank you very much for fantastic service and delivery;-))
