Ordered a hoodie from this website because my niece wanted one for Christmas, without checking trustpilot reviews I never recieved the jumper but after reading reviews online I now know this website is fake. And I have been scammed out of £40
Don’t order here! The owner, Nicole, is so shameless. She made us work but didn’t even pay us for a whole month! We worked hard, lost sleep, and she just ran away from her responsibility so she wouldn’t pay us?! She even blocked us on social media! This owner is such a scammer, and on top of that, the clothes are low quality. We used to be her employees so we know it.
I have ordered a hoodie from this site. I have waited 25 days and sent two emails and have not received the item or any updates. Very poor customer service.

the item was not like the picture and was not good quality. i ordered the premium cotton skirt and it was not good quality for the price. then i tried to get a refund and they only offered a 20% refund because they said i would have to pay for international shipping.
I’ve been trying to get a return label for over three weeks now for two dresses I want to send back. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I keep receiving vague replies or alternative offers, such as a partial refund, even though I’ve made it very clear that I want to return the items and receive a full refund.
I will not wear the dresses and have no use for them. A simple return request is being made unnecessarily complicated. I’ve now reached out to consumer rights services to support me in this matter.
