I wouldnt call it a terrible service, as we contacted you immediately as the order appeared and we cancelled the order and refunded your payment. Half our order left in the rain
We found half of our order behind a waste bin when we went to put it out. We have no indication when it was delivered, nothing put through our door to say the parcel had arrived, and no information on where the other half of the order is. The parcel had been left out in the rain. Someone has been home Saturday and today but nobody called. If the remaining part of the order does not turn up in tomorrow I will return what we have received and purchase a replacement from another supplier.

Absolutely brilliant!!! Annette couldn’t have been more helpful. I wanted the sideboard I ordered to be delivered to our new house and Annette dealt with all the changes for the delivery company and made sure all was well. All so appreciated in a world of nameless, faceless online shopping.
Great “Customer care” doesn’t begin to describe how happy I am with Luxury Garden Party. And, the sideboard… better value than any other site and is absolutely gorgeous!

you are welcome to replacements of course you can have replacements I just got the impression that you wanted a full refund. I could not give you a date that the courier was coming to collect because you contacted me yesterday on a Sunday. I needed to speak with the couriers today to find out when they could collect from you. Its only been 24 hrs since you explained that your package was damaged and from what I could see it looked like it was damaged in transit. Clearly if it wasnt u should have called us or re emailed and explained. We will always arrange a replacement and or refund if the product is damaged . I responded to your email virtually immediately and explained that we would advise asap when the courier would collect and this is what we will do.
