Frustrating
Well the service itself is pretty slow, my order was dispatched on the 5th day after purchase.
Delivery is just a disaster.
As I have given my work address which is 22-storey building in City, the delivery guy refused to come through, phoned me from a private number - so I couldnt' phone him back straight away), left a voice mail that I have to come downstairs otherwise he will be taking the parcel back what he successfully did by the time I rushed downstairs (10 min after his call)
Why he couldn’t leave it in loading bay having our people to sign for it – a mystery. Must be extremely valuable parcel – a shampoo – so they require me to come and sign for it in person. Customer service was not a big help either. Avoid.
