I got the messy bun and absolutely love it. Easy to put on thin hair snd it looks like its my own hair! I also bought the halo hair with fill in extensions. My hair looks like it use to full and beautiful again. Im a copper strawberry blonde i ordered the red hair on s whym based on reviews because the pictures show it more red than it is. Its a perfect match to my hair! I'm having trouble with the wire staying put but despite that it holds with the clips perfectly fine. It looks natural. Took some trial an error with placement but I figured it out. I use all the fill ins for a fuller face frame. No worries they hide in thinning hair lines perfectly.

I have been ordering from Luxy since 2023. All it took was one order for me to say never again to any other extension brands. I have tried their halos, scalp fill ins, seamless extensions, curtain bangs, ponytails, and buns and every item has went above expectations and if you care for the items properly, they last forever. I have reached out to customer service in the past on Instagram to ask general questions about new products, and they have always been helpful and fast to respond. Recently though, I placed a large order after ordering multiple samples, and went with the closest shade match to my hair. It wasn't perfect but it was good enough for the time being. Shortly after ordering, they released a new shade line that appeared to be a better match. I commented on their Instagram post and they asked me to DM them. They ended up offering to send me not just one sample of the shade that I felt was the best match, but three samples of the new shades for free. They also came within a couple days of ordering so I am assuming they sent them via express shipping without me asking. One of the new shades ended up being a perfect match. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful! Additionally, I normally order through the Luxy website but I have ordered from them on Amazon and TikTok and have never had any issues.

I’ve had a great experience with Luxy hair! I ordered a shade that was too dark for my hair color and the luxy support team helped me find the perfect shade and were extremely quick with their responses. I neeed the extensions by my wedding and they offered to expedite the shipping to ensure it arrives before my big day! Thank you Luxy team!

Kerry was amazing!!! I had an issue with my address and age handled it and found the extensions that were out of stock in that color for me. These extensions are amazing quality and last for a long time. They look so genuinely real that my own friends didn't know I wore them. I highly recommend!!!!!

The employee/stylist was very friendly and kind. She knew which product would best suit me and gave me a couple more recommendations. Their customer service came in timely and very informative.

I am tears after I received my halo today. Of course, it said if u tear here u cannot return them. Knowing the sample was the right color match I opened it. To find a horrible halo that is soooo thin the quality is awful!!! I spent a lot of money on this! It is NOT fair that it can NOT be returned! I hope people see my review and know what they are getting into!!!!

I’m sorry but first try and got so disappointed. I purchase 24” long seamless hair extensions and the first pair came with broken clips and lots of fly away on the hair. I contact customer service and they were every fast respond and understanding and send me a new pair. But the second pair still had same issue. I had them for a month they gotten so rough and tangle seem like they have product buildup but I don’t were any on my normal hair so I didn’t understand I purchase expensive shampoo follow the instructions how to wash them and now they look worse. I’m constantly brushing them. 5 mins later again they are tangled I don’t think I have to keep brushing the hair every 5 mins that’s crazy smh.. I spend $500 for hair that within a month looks bad. It’s so disappointing.

First of all, this review is only about the quality of the hair. Shipping is ok and customer service was great and responsive. However, the first set I ordered, the tester piece was aweful, misaligned cuticles (club hair), hairs of different textures, hair from different donors, and split ends. Since we are not allowed to open main compartment, I don't know if the quality of the hair was just as bad. So I decided to exchange the hair, because the color was also off. I also asked for the warehouse or someone to check the quality of the hair or at least the test piece. They replied that they couldn't do that. The replacement came with exact same issues. So I had to return that as well. They could not tell me if it's just the test piece that is so low in quality or if all their hair is like that. And I was not allowed to open main compartment to check, because then you can't send back the product. The whole thing is ridiculous. I would also like to mention that they use very high ratio of short hair (floor hair) and its single drawn. The quality was not remy either. Again, all of this is based on the tester pieces because you are not allowed to open the main hair compartment, if you don't like the test piece. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. There is no quality control.

Nothing like Hidden crown. The color was totally different from what's on their website photos. The quality is nowhere near the Hidden crown's. Hair is way thinner and it came without the protective case, comb and tools to assemble the extension. This was all part of the packages I used to order from Hidden crown before. Also they wouldn't exchange it as I removed it out of the package even though it was never worn. They wouldn't communicate by phone, only email. After many years of using Hidden crown, this company didn't gain trust and lost a long time customer.

As a first time hair extension buyer it was overwhelming as I was looking through the website. I was clueless on what would be best for me. I really loved the option to have a virtual visit with Kerry! In a would of Ai it was refreshing to talk to and connect with a live person who was able to answer all my questions and give me the one on one attention I needed. She made the process so much easier and I am grateful for the assistance!!
