This will be my second time purchasing extensions through Luxy! I’ve been wearing extensions for about 12 years now, and these are by far the best I’ve had! The quality is amazing,quick shipping, and amazing customer service! Highly recommend getting your next set with Luxy!✨

I am in the UK and spent £600 on an order. At checkout it said all duty and taxes included. Then on arrival i was told to pay £72 in duty fees. They messed up the order and i paid over £94 for an item they didn't have in stock. I am still awaiting a refund for this item. Now down a further £72 so charged twice for duty as they've already took that money off me. No reply in emails and can't generate a return as the system they've used has messed up the stock picking and hasn't marked it as not dispatched when it has been shipped. The hair was two different colours and has what looks like burnt ends. I am livid!!! £164 overcharge!!!!

Just recieved my seamless clip ins in 20’’, and this is my honest reviews as a extensions user for over 10 years.

Super fast delivery! And i so pleased with the color (dimensional natural blonde). I have a typical dark ashy blonde norwegian hair and it can be very difficult to find a color that has no red tones or very golden tones. This color blends naturally with my own blonde! I was also a bit afraid for the thickness of the hairstraw since i often have the opinion that not european extensions can have very thick straw compared to my european. How ever- this is NOT the case, and therefore it blends perfectly!! The clips is barely feelable and actually feels much more comfortable and less heavy than my former tape ins. Also the highlights are so nicely done and not visible at all, it just blends really well.

How ever - long term quality of the hair i can not speak of yet, but super excited to try it further!

A bit pricey, compared to many other brands - but 180g is a lot of hair, and in my case i will not be able to use more than half of it, so i have double as long. It is MORE than enough if you have normal/thin/european hair.

I have purchased and worn luxy hair extensions before and they are fantastic but what’s been most important about this current experience is the customer experience with Kerry on their social team. She was amazing, so responsive and was quick to pivot and make a special exception for me when DHL ran into some issues- they are on a labour strike and when we realized I may not get my extensions in time for my brothers wedding, Kerry was so responsive and ensured I get priority shipping on a new set so I would be sure to receive them by wedding time. I cannot say enough how good the extensions are but what’s most important is this AMAZING customer service. Thank you Kerry and team!!! Xo

It can be challenging to know which online businesses you can safely trust, so I’m sharing my experience with Luxy Hair which has been outstanding. When my package was stuck within the FedEx system, Luxy’s support validated my frustration and then walked step by step through what information they had, so I could communicate with the delivery service, even though the delay was not Luxy’s fault. Not only did they respond quickly, but they stayed in communication throughout the resolution process. Having now received the product, I’m happy to share that it also exceeded my expectations in both quality and functionality. I wholeheartedly recommend their products to everyone!

The hair is beautiful and the color match is perfect. Unfortunately, the "teeth on the combs" is so small I can't get them to be secure in my hair. I emailed support and was told they "snap open" and "snap close". My definitely do not snap open. Very disappointed because they will not stay in my hair.

They really helped talk me through which extensions to get for my wedding! From timing to color. It is nice to know I can reach back out throughout the process with any questions.

The hair arrived beautifully but after 3 washes the hair is dry and frizzy. I used quality hair cosmetics. For the government duty at a price of over €350 it is a big disappointment.

Luxy clip-in hair extensions are close to human hair quality.

I ordered platinum blonde hair clips for my daughter for her wedding. The first set arrived and they were beautiful. The second set still hadn’t arrived. I called customer care and talked with Trish. Trish listened, supported and acknowledged my concerns. I was very impressed by the customer care I received. Trish took it upon her self to resend the hair , Luxy hair extensions are amazing, and with the customer service I got also , I would definitely buy from Luxy hair again.

I can't express how great of customer service I received on my most recent order!
