Your help line did not identify the…

Your help line did not identify the best vehicle breakdown deal for my wife and I.
Your representative was also difficult to understand and the call was lost before completion of the task. I completed the task online at a better price.
The call also took some minutes to connect. Not a good experience overall!

Lv failed to set up direct debit…

Lv failed to set up direct debit payment despite several enquiries .. Received Default notice which was very upsetting ., However this was fortunately put aside with a payment over the phone .. extremely indifferent administration !! We cancelled policy

My recent car claim was handled with efficiency and helpfulness. LV's support was very good, which is important in those circumstances.

Very competitive price

I chose to insure with LV for two reasons. First they are a very large and well respected company and second because their price on a comparative Web site was highly competitive. Indeed it was only half the renewal quotation I received from my current insurer. Signing up for the policy was quick and easy. The Web site was clear and straightforward. I now only hope that they won't increase my next year's fee by over thirty percent as my current insurer did. I prefer a fair and stable price, not stratospheric changes which continually forces the customer to find a new company. I live in hope.

I was offered a much cheaper price for my car, and home insurance cover.

I was offered a much cheaper price for my car, and home insurance, and a good cover with LV compared with my previous insurance company, the website is easy to navigate etc, so far pleased. Thank you.

A welcome reduction for a second policy with LV.

I renewed my car insurance with LV over the phone as the website was out of order.
When I added the need to cover my insurance they reduced the policy by I seem to remember at least £50.
