We honestly can’t thank Ben enough for everything he’s done for us. As a family, buying our forever home felt overwhelming at times, especially with all the ups and downs along the way, but Ben was there for us every single step. Well where do I begin. Chris and Lauren have just been phenomenal to us. They made buying a home easy, smooth and calm. I could not thank them enough for helping us sort out our mortgage and making it a stress-free process. Chris was able to keep me well informed and ensuring we were given all the information. They helped arrange an excellent mortgage with a stellar rate. They then went out of their way to ensure they kept themselves availble for advice and questions. They insured that we weren't kept in the grey. They arranged a quality home insurance, compliant with the mortgage within the hour, which was such a relief. They really did try and find solutions to any situation and went out of their ways to ensure customer satisfaction. Lauren kept me well in the loop contacting all parties and ensuring I was updated.u I would recommend their services to anyone!!

When we were contacted by Ben he asked mamy questions to assessing our situation what kind of mortgage we would be interested or looking to get. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, when we did not understand he broke things down into more simpler understandable terms.

He took our details away and came back with multiple options and his recommendation of the best deal and also explained the differences between each type as well as the terms and conditions for each mortgage.

We had questions back which he methodically explained giving us a full picture of our best option. Once we had decided he arranged everything and organised it all sent us documents to go through and again explained throughout any concerns or queries we had.

He also recommended some life insurance and found different options of this too again explaining them throughout too.

Couldn't have had a simpler more easy path through choosing the mortgage for our new house. If ever we need advice again would recommend Ben in person, very helpful, knowledgeable and at hand almost any time of the day or night. Great guy and service from him.

From the moment I first spoke with Chris on the phone, I just knew I was in safe hands. The service has been exceptional throughout and both Chris and Lauren are worth their weight in gold.

After being advised by an in-house estate agent broker I couldn’t get a mortgage… I thought there was no hope - until I found Chris. Chris was able to turn my dream of home ownership into a reality.
He was able to revise a budget to suit my needs and made the whole process so simple.
Then came Lauren - Case manager. Lauren took all the stress of chasing away from me and was back and forth with communication and kept me informed every step of the way. Lauren’s warm, friendly approach put me completely at ease.
They say home buying is stressful, but both Chris and Lauren made the whole process plain sailing and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were prompt with responses and were always available to answer any queries via phone or email.
I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in future. I’ll certainly be back when it’s time to remortgage.

They are both hard working, friendly and efficient and go above and beyond to ensure the whole process runs smoothly from initial expert advice, through to selecting the correct mortgage for your requirements, securing the best deal (and in our case advising us when a better deal came available and switching us quickly to that which will save us a lot of money over the mortgage term) and following things through right through to completion. They're extremely responsive, easily contactable and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Lauren chased our solicitor on numerous occasions and provided regular updates on the progress with the legal work, which was an unexpected perk and very helpful .

We cannot thank the both of you enough, you made what is supposedly a stressful task rather enjoyable!

Chris and Lauren were always very responsive, explained everything patiently and kept us informed throughout the house purchase process (in fact, we got more info from Lauren than from our solicitors, as she regularly contacted all parts for updates). Above all, both Lauren and Chris are genuinely honest and good people. We are confident we chose the right mortgage broker and we intend to go back to them every time.
