Failed flat roof installation, water running down walls.

This company installed a flat roof 3 months ago. I was concerned regarding the workmanship when it was completed but they never came back to me to answer my concerns. Now the roof is leaking and i have water pouring down the walls. I have a surveyor's report stating amongst other things that the roof is in poor condition.I have photos of the work and the water running down the walls. They have ignored my attempts to contact them. I am now having to employ another roofer to redo the roof and make it water tight.
