Well I can say coverage is good and fast data speeds now where it all goes wrong
First they send you text messages about special deals but you can’t actually sign up for any as your not a new customer and secondly the rewards program is useless still waiting for a reward been 3 months now and no help from either company so have now switched to 1p mobile who use the same network

Awful signal, terrible customer services.
Their appeal is they are cheap, but the signal comes and goes, some days it goes all day. Customer service is terrible, I bought a roaming bundle when I went on holiday and it wouldn't work, tried to get a refund for it and they wouldn't give me one, firstly claiming the bundle was used, so I sent them the screenshot of the unused bundle, they then said I couldn't claim a refund for bundles that had expired, bare in mind this email conversation started a few days after I returned from my holiday, and is still going on today after about 5/6 weeks, it takes them days to respond so this conversation is taking weeks. They also ask for a ridiculous amount of amount of account info when you 1st contact customer services. Going to go with another provider.
