Paid this company thousands of pound over many years for insurance , never made a single claim and paid thousands for insured damages myself hoping to keep premiums down. Year on year premiums went up 2-4times inflation Then 2-3 weeks before last renewal, had an underground water leak and asked for a visit to access, no one sent, 3 days before insurance renewal date, claimed I never asked for an accesser to call.
So annoyed with their customer service did not renew, and did not claim. Saved £500.00 with a more customer freindly company
Clearly this company doesn't want the business.
I sent a genuine enquiry for an insurance quote to the person for the department indicated on the website.
I receive no acknowledgement or reply.
So I try to follow-up with another contact listed on the website. I find my email bounces back immediately becuase the original person blocked my email on their server.
Great way to treat a potential customer guys ! Guess you don't need the business.
