Rubbish "free" online chat service.

I wanted to buy meds with my prescription.
So I started a chat yesterday. No one there to assist so I left a message, in fact, two messages.
One message asked how do they contact me and do I leave the chat window open. Reasonable?
I got no reply to either.

Today I started another chat and was told;
"I didn't leave messages".

The chat service was "free"(!)

and then;
"if you don't like it, then ring your nearest pharmacy for information."

Great attitude to take! Garvan you need to go back to customer training school.
