I have just dealt with this company with regards to a personal injury claim.
When my claim was 1st initiated it was passed from pillar to post and no one seemed to be getting very far with it. However that all changed the minute Nikita took over the case. What a lovely helpful lady she is . Everything that she promised to do , she did. She kept me fully up to date with everything that was going on and notified me immediately if anything changed.
