Claim handler was brilliant
Jade McLean was assigned to handle my case. These things always take time but it was worth the wait to be resolved. From start to finish any email or questions I had were always answered promptly and she never left me unsure of what was going on. Abbie was responsive and helpful picking up my case from a previous colleague and was able to bring my case to a satisfactory conclusion, claims do take a lot of time, the incident was 5 March 2024. I would have preferred not to have been in the crash in the first place!
