The person I dealt with all the time, Shannon Fairhurst was very easy to speak to and helped me understand the process all the way through. Claim handler was brilliant
Jade McLean was assigned to handle my case. These things always take time but it was worth the wait to be resolved. From start to finish any email or questions I had were always answered promptly and she never left me unsure of what was going on. I’ve had full trust in her and she done an amazing job sorting out my case for me. Extremely satisfied is an understatement.
