Worst shop experience ever....
Ordered birdfeed (Peanuts) from Lyra-Pet through hood.de, received a confirmation from Lyra-Pet, and the payment were deducted from my paypal account the same day.
3 days later I received a refund from the Lyra-Pet, and information that the items ordered were not available.
But looking at Lyra-Pet home page the items were not on back-order or not-available…….the shop simply did not want to ship. (Later confirmed by Lyra-Pet). So made an agreement with Lyra-Pet/hood, and now they did not want to fulfill their obligations.
The complete story, did not get the items order and the payment refund through paypal, ended up costing me money, due to exchange rate and fees !
Lyra-Pet say that “hood.de” is fault, “hood.de” do not agree and point the finger the other way….to be honest I do not care who fxxxxx-up…….If “Hood.de” and “Lyra-Pet.de” has a cooperation they will compensate the customer, but instead they blame and point fingers at each other……….end of story….…they fxxxxx-up and I got cheated.
Thanks for NOTHING, buy your birdfeed etc somewhere else if you do not want to be cheated on.
