Fantastic customer service by Lysmesteren in Helsingør
On the lookout for some new lamps for our living room we went to Lysmesteren in Helsingør to look at their selection. Although they did not have what we were looking for, we were presented with picture in a catalogue from a known quality supplier in Germany. We bought, paid for and waited a week for the lamps to arrive and duly had them fixed. To our disappointment the LED technology was outdated and not representative of the way they were presented in the catalogue nor for their performance given their high price (over 5000kr/lamp).
We subsequently went back to Lysmesteren to complain. To our pleasant surprise and after presenting our case (with photos of the lights turned on) the sales representative immediately agreed to take them back and issue a full refund. Despite having some expenses with our local electrician, we still believe that the experience and customer care exhibited by Lysmesteren in Helsingør was nothing short of exemplary. So 5 stars it is. It is not seldom that two parties agree on a deal that turns out less favourable for one party. It is however rare to find such professionalism and customer care when things go wrong. Thanks to the two ladies in Lysmesteren Helsingør. We'll be back
