K9lysol is a total scam. I typed lysol.com and the website went directly to this K9lysol. The odd thing is they reimbursed my 10$ for shipping but I did not receive product. Customer service sight does not appear any more. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TOTAL SCAM!!! They appear to keep changing website. Beware!!!!!

Too bad I can't give a no star review. SCAM!!!!! I wish I read the reviews. Same problem as everyone else, took money, no product and now no answer or valid contact email to company (is it even one?)

Target, Walmart and Amazon can't obtain any Lysol stock, so why would anyone believe these websites are genuine? Use your common sense, people! Just read the "About" page...obviously written in a hurry by a non-English speaking person.

Yes it’s a fraud, I placed a $68.00 order never received anything and now my order does not appear

I placed two order numbers: 3131 and 3137 on September 8th, 2020. My order 3137 was supposed to have been delivered, according to the shop app, on September 28, at 9:30am. I live in a doorman building and I have contacted my doormen and had them search through their log book. No delivery was made on September 28th or any other day after that. I would appreciate it if you can look into this and let me know ASAP. There are no shipping or location updates for my order number 3131 on the shop app. This is very concerning to me because my credit card was charged; however, I have not received my purchases.

Any website that isnt Lysol.com is a SCAM. Freeze any account you used. And if it is Paypal, change your password and call your relatives as they will try the grand parent scam on them. A Perry Thomas will call and say you were in an accident and need cash fast. Lysol-us, LysolExclusive, lysol-free, lysolsales, lysol????? anything except lysol.com is a scam.

I am so angry I have not received an e-mail of my shipment. Emailed the seller never received a reply. Next to dispute the purchase I never received. I ordered mine on August 24. It’s October 2,still waiting. This makes me so angry. No response from anyone. Seems like a SCAM! Wonder how to get my money back?

Possible scam. I tracked my package and its been in the same place for 3 days. I will be quite surprised if I receive my order. I looked for the lock in the upper left hand corner and that assured me it was a secure site. Now I'm doubtful. I will give this company the benefit of the doubt that they are legit. If not then lesson learned. $16.00 spent .. i will wait until Lysol wipes come back in stock in our local stores.

I ordered on 6 of Sept. When I found out it was coming from China I was disappointed. Cause my mask took 2mons. And I commented about it threw email. When I went back to try to track it I was blocked or something. I cant get back on we'd it. But they have my money. Plus they charged10 dollars for shipping. Do I get my product or my money back.

I was going to order thirty dollars worth of product only to find that I would be charged $20 for shipping and that was the only shipping method available. Nice cashing in on everyone's fear, Lysol.

I love lysol products, i just need to follow the instructions and that's all... i just been now little disappointed because we can't found the Spray nowhere, and i think coz of this pandemic they need to produce a little more..

Very disappointing to know when you need them the most, you can't find their products anywhere. PATHETIC

After I used Lysol advance toilet bowl cleaner I placed the container on my new marble vanity not knowing that it was leaking. The next time I went in the bathroom I saw that it took the finish off my marble. After contacting the company and sent a picture, a Chris called me and said that the only thing they can do is reimburse me for their product because it was my fault for putting it there, where should I have put the container, on my new porcelain tiles or my lap. I heard from a marble co. that Lysol toilet cleaner has done this over a dozen times. I will not purchase products from a co. That does not stand behind their products. LTD of Boynton
