Worst Internet provider I've ever had.
Changed flat in Munich (where the rule is: you move in in the next weeks or the next month). After a few weeks, nothing. Calling the support just informs you you that the time delay increased from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. And actually the customer support even confesses they have no clue. Home office with m-net? Don't think about it.
But of course, m-net knew that customer would want to run away given such awful conditions. They though about it, special contract cancellation after 3 month of moving to the new place or after the contract-binding 2-year-period.

Its just the worst ever internet company.I moved in munich to an different adress i made new appointment for the technician,it came 4 time even thou i made only 2 appointments and i had to pay for those 2 extra time too.I called them to ask why ist that and they sayd that its normal and blablabla. They said to me that if i pay this its everithing fine, you dont have to pay more.....one month later another 220€ came to me to be payd. They just endet up my contract without my consentment and i ended up paying 425€ for jut beeing a constumer of MNet and now i dont have internet and in this time of the pandemie left with 425 € to pay.Very nice M Net keep it going like this, take money from people because u can.
.I.
Worst customer support ever. After months of attempt to contact, they answered very rudely. I don't know why they still exist as a company. They should be shut down after such negative reviews.

My router is broken for several weeks, and I am still waiting for a technician to come by.
While calling their customer service, it happened that they just randomly hang up...
Do not go with this company.

It is unbelievable even to imagine that in a first world country like Germany, it takes a company (Mnet) a month to provide a new connection to an apartment where they already have connections in other apartments. Awful, extreme awful.

Dont use this company. Customer service can’t do negotiate anything for you regarding special cancellation to another city without a M-net service. They will still charge you 3 months after termination of unused internet service. Terrible!

Worst customer service ever encountered. Arrogant misinformed workers. When they transfer you to the "technical department" this means nothing, as the people there are as clueless my grandma. After trying to clarify a problem (advertised 100mbs upload, in the contract it's only 50mbs) a service lady just hung up. This is pathetic and infuriating since there is no real competition.

Claim it takes 4-6 weeks to upgrade an existing connection without need of hardware upgrade. Miserably slow connection for absolutely horrendous price.
Edit: Changing connection speed is something any other support can do in 30 seconds or less time than it takes Mnets sorry excuses to be formulated. Its literally just changing a value in the system. Claiming work load keeps you from upgrading the connection while on the phone with me is nonsense.

When I moved, M-net avoided a confirmation of termination for several months. After several attempts by mail and telephone to cancel the contract, the call was either cancelled, a high workload was indicated or no response was received. Finally, 3 months after the end of the cancellation period, I was still paying for my old contract. M-Net then outdid itself and instead of terminating my old contract, they shut down my new contract. This contract could not be reactivated after several customer advisors promised different things. In the end I had to sign a new contract again. Even though all the cabling and the configuration of the W-LAN router had already been done and only one technician had to press the activation button, I have been waiting for my Internet access for 3 weeks. At least the cancellation confirmation for the old contract came 1 week later (3.5 months after cancellation). In summary I would like to warn you to prefer a cheap M-Net offer to another one. The customer service is the most frightening thing I have experienced across all industries. Willingness to admit or make up for the misconduct is zero!

A lot of lying from their side.
Before I made a contract I asked how long will it take from time I send them my contract until I get an internet connection. They said "up to 3 weeks". It is currently 4th week already and we are not even on 50% of getting internet. Apperantly they still need to send me a router, arrange a technician to come 1st time, arrange a technician to come 2nd time and then it should be done. Talking to their customer service is nothing better. They told me that they will contact some team for ONT configuration and then I will get a callback in the next 2h. Of course I didn't get any callback. I called them day after and solution is just "to be patient" even though I must work from home... This is not good at all, I have such a negative feedback even before getting my internet!!!
Why couldn't they say "It could take up to 20 weeks" and then I would know not to choose them.

Stay away from M-net. Bad customer service. We've moved to a place where M-net is not available and M-net refuses to let us out of our contract, although they're not supplying the building we've moved to with Internet!
Update (2020-10-26): The reply from M-net Social Media Team after almost 3 weeks is a nice proof that their approach to customer service dates back to the last century. @M-net Social Media Team: I did cancel in writing. The special right to cancel was refused. The reason given was that the contract for the Internet connection is a business contract. I strongly suggest that you discuss your customer service approach with your top management. Looking at your ratings in various portals, it really sucks. Instead of forcing your customers to pay more even if you cannot delivery Internet access to them at their location, you should invest that energy into better customer service and work on your ratings. Companies with such a bad approach to customer service and such terrible results will go out of business one day. Plus, I don't believe that it is much fun to work in such an environment. I had 2 contract with you: one for my business, one for my home. By now I have cancelled both. You still force me to pay for my business account although you do not provide Internet access at my new address. And you can be sure that such bad experiences will be shared with many.

The worst ever. They came to my house couple times offering to change to glas cable. They said they’ll take care all the changes from my current internet provider to m-net. Then I got a call that they could not do that and ask me to send a screenshot of my current internet bill with my name and address on it. I did send it right away.
Almost 2 weeks after that, the guy that came to my house called me and said I had to pay 150€ for cancelling the contract by not cooperating with them.
This is ridiculous. I think that’s how they get money to pay their employees.
M-Net is by far the worst internet provider and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Internet could not be installed, technicians were the most unfriendly ones and did not even really try to find the error, I spent hours on the support hotline and in the end quit the contract. Paying the quitting fee of 200€ was worth it to me for never ever having to talk to anyone of that company again
Horrible attitude towards customers. I had to move out of Germany on short notice and quite naturally can't use their Internet service. Did they understand this? No they did not. Their response is that I should pay for three additional months, even though I have no chance to use the service!!
The customer service showed no empathy whatsoever. A really horrible attitude overall. Customer means cash cow to them, nothing else. If you are ok with that, then things can be ok. But the moment you need something things will go wrong.

worst experience with Mnet, they are two accounts are running with my name because of wrong information provided the costumer and i signed new contract with out closing the old contract.
but there is no installation done for old contract and when i contacted the costumer care they told me they will take care of it .
Ordered M-Net Recently and I wish I came to read the reviews here before I ordered. The technician came to our new address, couldn't find us, tried to call one time and left. I missed the call and now god knows how long we have to wait. I am waiting for an appointment and keep calling, but they can't make appointments on the phone, it has to be through a complicated process. We are a business address and internet connection is critical for us. I regret ordering from M-Net.
I found the methods of the sales people not sincere. I was indecisive to sign, so the salesman promised me a 100€ discount through the "customers recruit customers" program if I would close the deal. This was not a written part of the contract, but since I showed fair behavior towards him – not wasting any of his time, being on time in the meeting and calling back when I said so – I expected the same behaviour from him. He said I just would have to contact him after once I got my member number and he would make sure that the 100€ get rewarded.
However, after the deal was closed I got blocked from all his channels and it wasn't possible to get a hold of him via any of the contact options on his business card. The 100€ didn't hurt me, I just felt that the treatment was completely unfair and insincere, which is way worse than the money. He just used a "sales trick" to close the deal with me, and basically didn't care about me as a customer as his later behaviour revealed.
Outrageously obvious and extreme throttling
Took them a month to send us a letter, gave us an appointment to get our internet set up a month and a half later. I told them I work from home, they didn't seem to care at all. Lots of 'let me create a ticket', go somewhere else if possible.
I am so sick and tired of the repeat clips of the new South African series that is showing ONLY the END of October. How much more are they going to cram this down our throats!!!
